These terms and conditions set out the rules, conditions, provisions and clauses governing this promotion campaign-which is by participating into this
campaign, eligible users can be the sole winner randomly picked or selected out of this campaign who is entitled to a Prize granted by Trip.com.
(“Promotion”).
ENTRY INTO THIS PROMOTION IS DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY BY EACH ENTRANT. IF YOU DISAGREE OR DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION.
Conditions of Entry
1. This promotion is organised by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., Company Number 201613701E of 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #03-12/13, Keppel Bay
Tower, Singapore 098632.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, who enter the Promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and
conditions ("Eligible Entrants").
3. Employees of Promoter (including its affiliates and member companies under Trip.com), its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees
and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
Duration of Promotion Period
5. The Promotion will commence at 0900 AEDT on Sunday, 5 June 2022 and will continue until 2359 AEST on Sunday 3 July 2022 ("Promotion Period").
How to Enter
6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must sign-in to Trip.com and complete the competition entry form.
7. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during
the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Any costs associated with accessing the competition remain the responsibility of each Entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider

Selection of Prize Winner
9. The competition will be drawn at random using an electronic drawing method. Each of the eligible entries made by the Eligible Entrant during the
Promotion Period will be counted as one (1) entry.
10. There will be one (1) draw which will generate one (1) Major Prize Winner at random from all eligible entries received by the Promoter during the
Promotion Period.
11. If the winner has Trip.com Unique User ID (UID), Trip.com will contact the winner via the email address and phone number they have provided.
12. The Major Prize draw will take place at 1200 AEDT on Tuesday, 5 July 2022 at the Trip.com’s AU office on Level 20, 20 Bond Street, Sydney, NSW,
2000.
13. The Major Prize Winner will be published on https://au.trip.com and notified by email by 1700 AEST Tuesday, 5 July 2022.
14. The Major Prize Winner must claim the Prize before 5 October 2022. Although every effort will be made to contact the Major Prize Winner, should an
unclaimed Prize draw be necessary, the draw will be held at 1200 AEST 6 October 2022 at Trip.com’s AU office on Level 20, 20 Bond, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
15. The Prize Winner of any unclaimed Prize draw will be notified by email by 1700 AEDT 6 October 2022, and he/she must claim such Prize before 1700
AEDT 6 January 2023, or his/her right to claim such Prize shall be deemed waived. If he/she fails to claim such Prize, the Promoter will not hold any
further unclaimed Prize draw.
16. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw.
Prize Details
17. There will be only one (1) Major Prize Winner. The Prize entitled by the Major Prize Winner will consist of: • two (2) x return flights for two
(2) people from Sydney or Melbourne to Los Angeles or San Francisco with United Airlines • four (4) nights at the Ramada Plaza West Hollywood for two
(2) people • three (3) nights at the Renaissance Esmerelda Resort & Spa for two (2) people • $100 AUD credit to spend at the Renaissance Esmerelda
Resort & Spa Taxes and fees are not included in the competition prize and these costs need to be covered by the winner. Booking is subject to
availability and black-out dates may apply. Valid for travel until 30 March 2023.
18. Total Prize value up to $4,500 AUD.
19. Prize is valid for Trip.com website or app including sign in / register (with Australian language version setting), and travel must take place
before 30 March 2023.
20. Prize shall be subject to the detailed terms and conditions outlined by Trip.com:
I. Fares and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight black-out dates include School Holidays periods 2022 and 2023.
br>II. Accommodation at the Ramada Plaza West Hollywood may not be used with any other promotion or offer or redeemed during a group convention at
the resort. The Ramada Plaza West Hollywood Prize may not be booked during New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day Weekend, Easter, Spring
break weeks, Coachella, Stagecoach or any Music festivals, BNP Paribas Tennis Weeks, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labour Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays.
III. Reservations and ticketing must be done through the United Airlines office at least two (2) months prior to the requested date of departure.
IV. Any applicable government taxes/surcharges/fees will be paid for by the passenger. This prize covers only the fare component.
V. The prize must be booked, ticketed and utilised on or before 30 March 2023 and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
VI. The winner will not accrue any Frequent Flyer points / Status Credits on travel.
VII. No additional or ancillary bookings (e.g. accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, spending money) are able to be booked by United Airlines
and are not included with this Prize.
VIII. Prize winner passenger(s) are responsible for obtaining all necessary valid travel documents (e.g. passport, visa) and any relevant compliances
with all health or other governmental regulations.
IX. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. No changes are permitted to travel
arrangements once tickets are issued.
X. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited. United Airlines, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss,
damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with
this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
XI. United Airlines will not be liable for any taxation, including Fringe benefits tax (FBT) that may be levied as a result of winning.
XII. The certificate is non-refundable, non-transferable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If lost or misplaced, it is not
replaceable.

XIV. In order to use the Prize of two (2) x return economy airfares to Los Angeles or San Francisco, USA the Prize Winner will need to contact
Trip.com who will put you in touch with United Airlines, and provide the departure and return dates, travellers full names, passport details and other
necessary information to book the flights, and Trip.com and United Airlines will make the bookings.
XV. Once the Prize is booked, cancellations, changes or any modifications are not permitted. In the event that the booking is cancelled or modified,
the Prize will be considered null and void.
XVI. Other flight cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to hotel Terms and conditions. Please refer to the United Airlines policies
upon booking.
XVII. Trip.com reserves all rights to final interpretation of this promotion.
21. Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
22. Travel Insurance is compulsory for some travel products and is the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner to purchase such insurance.
23. Once the Prize has been used for booking, terms and conditions of full cancellation and change fee will apply to such booking.

General
25. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Major Prize Winner to provide proof of identity, proof of employment status, proof of age, proof of
residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a Prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the Prize in
whole and no substitute will be offered.
26. The personal information of Entrants (which is necessary for the Promotion) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote
this Promotion, select the winner, contact the Prize Winner (or, if applicable, the winner of an Unclaimed Prize Draw), and to grant the Prize.

the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
27. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter in due course. A
request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
28. By accepting the Major Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media, social media and editorial
requests relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. The winner will not be entitled to any fee or
reimbursed for participating in these activities. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter the royalty free, worldwide, sub-licensable, perpetual
right/license to use the name, likeness, image and/or voice in the interview, photograph, or film/recording (if applicable) when participating in
these activities, in all medias for the purpose of reporting the prize draw and marketing/promoting the Promoter.
29. By entering this competition, Entrants agree to allow the Promoter to announce the Major Prize Winner on the Promoter’s Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, LinkedIn accounts, the Promoter’s website (https://au.trip.com) and within the Promoter’s electronic direct mail (eDM) communication.
30. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
I. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
II. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are
late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
III. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network,
servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
IV. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
V. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
VI. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
VII. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss arising in
connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any
family/persons accompanying a Prize Winner; or
VIII. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from,
participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
31. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent
directly caused by the Promoter's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. If requested by the Promoter, the Prize Winner(s), and his or her guests,
must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a Prize being awarded.
Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Prize
Winner.
32. No Prize substitution or cash equivalent of Prize will be awarded if the 2 (two) return flights are not available due to the winner’s fault or any
force majeure event (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.).
33. This above conditions do not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable
consumer protection laws.
34. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents under this promotion is limited to the value of the
Prize.
35. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.
