It's that time of the year again, and entries are now open for our Arrive alive Footy Tipping comp! Don't miss out on the chance to be in the running
for you and a mate to go to the 2009 NRL Grand Final!
Each week, you'll be asked to pick your winners from the relevant NRL round, Arrive Alive Cup (from June 2009) and a bonus road safety question.
There is also a chance to win signed NRL jerseys and State of Origin tickets, with our bonus tipping rounds. If you are skilled enough to pick a
perfect round in the nominated bonus round and correctly answer the road safety question you will have the chance to win these prizes.
So if you haven't already entered for this year, enter now online Arrivealive.com.au. First round begins this Friday 13th March.
If you are on top of the leader board at the end of the NRL season you could be the winner of NRL tickets for you and one mate.
*Entry into The Arrive alive Footy Tipping comp is only open to residents of NSW.
Terms + Conditions
Tippers
By registering as a tipper in the 2009 Arrive alive Tipping Comeptition, you have declared that you are aged between 11 and
30 years old.
By registering as a tipper in the 2009 Arrive alive Tipping Comeptition, you have declared that you are a New South Wales resident.
Tipping
Tips must be entered via the Internet.
Tips must be received within hour prior to the game commencement time of the first game for the round nominated as published on the site. All times
will be published as default in AEST.
Tippers are allowed to alter tips at any time up until one hour prior to the game commencement time.
Under no circumstances will tips be accepted after a game has commenced.
The administrators of this competition cannot accept tips via email under any circumstances.
No points shall be allocated for any drawn games or undecided games.
Questions
There will be one road safety question per round of tipping.
Points Allocation
Tippers will be allocated one point for the correct selection of a win, or a correct answer of a road safety question. Tippers cannot select a draw
for any matches. No points shall be allocated for any drawn games.
Ranking and Prizes
Tippers will be ranked firstly by their score, where the highest score is the highest rank.
End of season winner will be determined by overall score. Where tippers have identical scores, the final winner will be the person who got the most
road safety questions correct over the rounds. If scores are still equal, then the winner will be selected randomly from the top tipsters.
The end of season winner will win 2 tickets to the NRL Grand Final. Seating arrangements and travel arrangements will be at the discretion of Arrive
alive.
The end of season winner will also receive a signed NRL team jersey of their choice, along with a travel allowance up to the value of $500.00
Missed Tips and Late Starters
Tippers that do not enter tips for an entire round will have their tips allocated tips to the away teams. This means that if you do not enter any tips
for a round, your tips will default to the away team for all games within that round.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by telephone and the winner's name will be published on the Arrive alive website www.arrivealive.com.au after the closing date at the MAA's discretion.
Competition Promoters
The competition promoters are the Motor Accidents Authority of NSW : Level 25, 580 George Street Sydney. Employees of the promoter and their families
are ineligible to enter.
