To collect each stamp spend $10 or more in any Armadale Shopping City store & take your receipt back to the hostess who will give you one stamp
for every $10 spent.
The hostess is in the centre 11am-2pm daily & again 5pm-8pm Thursday.
Once you have completed your prize passport please place in the entry barrel located in the promotions area at the top of the food court.

ARMADALE SHOPPING CITY “LONDON CALLING” PASSPORT COMPETITION Terms & Conditions
ENTRY INTO THE COMPETITION
Entry into the ARMADALE SHOPPING CITY “LONDON CALLING” PASSPORT COMPETITION (the “Competition”) is open to all residents of Australia aged 1. 18 years
and over. The Promoter is Armstrong Jones Management Pty Ltd, Armstrong Jones Retail Fund, (ABN: 87 214 652 845) Armadale Shopping City, Address: Jull
Street, Armadale WA 6112 (the “Promoter”). Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The management and employees (or immediate family of a manager or employee) of the Promoter, or the agency associated with this competition 2.
(Integrated Concept, the Promoter’s authorised agent) and their related bodies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means parents, siblings,
spouse, children and grandparents.
Management and staff of stores at Armadale Shopping City are also not permitted to enter3.
Competition begins at 09:00 am on Monday 31st August 2009 (AWST) and closes at 2:00 pm (AWST) on Saturday 19 September 2009 (the “Competition 4.
Period”). Draw to take place at 3:00 pm on Saturday 19 September 2009 (AWST) in Armadale Shopping City.
To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must visit Armadale Shopping City and collect a Prize Passport from any Armadale Shopping 5.
City store (participating stores includes both major stores and specialty stores for the London Calling campaign), once you have collected your
passport you must collect 6 stamps to validate your entry passports and place the completed passport in the entry barrel located in the promotions
area at the top of the food court entry barrel will be in place at all times throughout the Competition.
Each stamp can be obtained by spending a minimum of $10.00 in any store within Armadale Shopping City and taking your receipt to be stamped by our In
Centre Hostess who will be located in the promotions area at the top of the food court at the following times:
Daily from 11.00am until 2.00pm
Thursday 11.00am until 2.00pm, then again from 5.00pm until 8.00pm
Entries will not be accepted by mail.
Entries illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be considered.
You can collect all six stamps at one time by showing a receipt for $60.00 or more, or collect the equivalent number of stamps as to your receipt of
purchase, one stamp per $10.00 spend.
A receipt for $10.00 - $19.99 will allow you 1 stamp
A receipt for $20.00 - $29.99 will allow you 2 stamps
A receipt for $30.00 - $39.99 will allow you 3 stamps
A receipt for $40.00 - $49.99 will allow you 4 stamps
A receipt for $50.00 - $59.99 will allow you 5 stamps
A receipt for $60.00 or above will allow you 6 stamps.
You can receive a maximum of Six stamps per receipt.
Receipts will be stamped and will be able to be valid for one use only. Receipts must be dated within the promotional period. Receipts from partial
laybys, bill payments, such as payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees, and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity,
rates and phone bills) cannot be presented as receipts to enter.The Armadale Shopping City Competition entry hostess’ and “The Promoters” decision
will be final.All entries that are placed into the entry barrel that do not have all six stamps will be deemed as void.
All entries must include the entrant’s name, address, postcode, daytime phone number (including area code), mobile phone number (if applicable), email
6. address and date of birth to be eligible for entry. Incomplete entries or those with defamatory or offensive content will be ineligible. It is the
entrants’ responsibility to inform the Promoter if their residential address, email address or phone number changes during the Competition Period.
Participants may enter as many times as they like, but each entry requires the specified spend of $10 or more (to collect each stamp), as per details

PRIZE
There is 1 Major Prize in total.
8. The Major Prize consists of:
• 2 x return economy class flights to London from Perth (Airline to be determined by the Promoter, Promoters decision is final)
• 7 nights accommodation on twin share basis at a 3 star, central London hotel (To be determined by the Promoter, Promoters decision is final) in a
Standard twin room with breakfast daily.
• $2500 in cash to the competition winner only.
Collectively referred to as (“the Prize”). The Prize has a total maximum value of $10,000.
The total maximum Prize pool value is $10,000. The Prize values are the maximum recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are 9.
correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing
date and date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars.
The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prizes or any element of the Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other Prizes. The Prizes
are 10. subject to suppliers booking conditions.
The Prize is valid for travel until 1 November 2010 (but must be booked and ticketed before 1 December 2009) and is subject to hotel and flight 11.
availability. The Prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays and cannot be changed once the booking has been
made. The winner must provide the Promoter with a minimum of 21 days advance notice of intention to travel.
Only one Prize will be awarded.12.
JUDGING AND AWARD OF PRIZE
The Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in the Armadale
13. Shopping City entry barrel by 2.00pm AWST on 19 September 2009. The draw will commence at 3.00pm AWST on the 19 September 2009. The Major Prize
Winner will be notified by phone and mail and listed on the Armadale shopping City website on Monday 21 September 2009. The winner need not be present
at the draw. The name of the Prize Winners will also be published in The West Australian newspaper on Wednesday 30 September 2009.
The Prize must be claimed by 12pm on 19 October 2009 and if the Prize remains unallocated or unclaimed, a further draw will be conducted at 2.00pm 14.
on 21 October 2009 at Armadale Shopping City. In the event of a re-drawn winner, their details will be published in the West Australian on Wednesday 4
November 2009.
If a Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by the stipulated date, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute Prize/s
will not 15. be offered in lieu of the Prize.
AGE
Entrants under the age of 18 are ineligible to enter.16.
TRAVEL
All ancillary costs incurred in taking and using the Prize (including but not limited to transfers to and from the airport in Prize Winner’s capital
city and 17. destination city, meals, mini bar, spending money – other than specified, insurance and taxes) are the responsibility of the Prize Winner
and their guest. Unless expressly stated as being part of the Prize, all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and their
guest.
All Prize Winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to 18.
acceptance of their Prize.
The Prize must be taken by the time specified by the Promoter and is subject to hotel and flight availability and cannot be changed once the booking
has 19. been made. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the Prize Winner or his or her guest to take part in any or all aspects of the Prize, if the
Promoter 20. determines, in its absolute discretion, that a Prize Winner or his or her guest are not in the mental or physical condition necessary to
be able to safely to participate in the Prize.
The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can
be 21. obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs
and Trade.
The Promoter strongly recommends travel insurance caused for the entire duration of the holiday, to protect against the additional costs incurred in
the 22. event of unforeseen circumstances.
GENERAL
All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter’s authorised agent with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if
23. selected as the Prize Winners or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter’s authorised agent. Proof of age, identification,
residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize Winner cannot provide
suitable proof, the Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter or Integrated Concept (the Promoter’s authorised agent), for any changes in dates, times or
cancellations 24. or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize Winner from winning the Prize.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the
Prizes to 25. cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s
opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a) a Prize Winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
(b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize/s for any reason
beyond its control.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not:
26. (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such
cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of
receipt 27. into the entry barrel. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the
entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.
A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. 28.
Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable
for any 29. loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of taking any Prize or entering the Competition.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be communicated to the public by the Promoter or used for promotional purposes. By entering
30. the Competition, the Prize Winner agrees to the use of their name, image, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s for, without compensation,
and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.
Terms and conditions of this trade promotion lottery have been registered with the Department of Racing, Gaming and liquor.

Just have to make myself drive out there for shopping this week I think. Do they have a Woolworths there and can we use their receipts do you
think? It does say any store but... |

I wasn't going to bother entering cos I cant fly at the moment but then I saw it had vouchers to win so maybe I will.
No you cannot buy from Woolies as that is in its own building with Big W not part of the shopping centre they are referring to.
There is IGA,Coles,Target,Kmart & usual other shops like Millers, Reject shop,Thingz,Bains etc.
The shopping centre has really grown & we have a food court!!
In the middle of town is the other shopping centre which has Woolworth & Big W & another IGA just opened & new food court.
So as you can see Armadale is not the sleepy little rural town it used to be we have everything we need now including Cinema's & big Harvey
Norman.
EDIT: There is nothing about winning vouchers in T & C's but on ad in paper it says thousands of dollars worth of Armadale voucher giveaways. I
will have a look tomorrow when I go up there.
