These are hilarious because I've only been comping for 2 months and I see these symptoms in myself!! My husband keeps asking me why I've started
visiting the supermarket every day, I hated going there before and always sent him to do the shopping, now my pantry looks like a woolies shelf! |

thread is an absolute hoot! I feel right at home as l can totally relate to almost every comp addict trait 
A few of my own:
My sons pre-paid mobile which l gave him just before l joined lotto's has been reclaimed as my comping phone...so it removes all doubt that any
unfamiliar number is not a work related call but instead a winning phone call. Of course my son asked when he's going to get it back.....my reply
"your not, you'll get another one when l win one"
Picked up an empty "Everything but a ticket" Solo bottle on a customers lawn and thought beauty another entry! but then remembered l needed a receipt.
The bin was right next to me and l seriously contemplated going through it...how bad is that???
Went to the checkout at Amcal with a product just so l could enter the comp, saw no EF's around so l asked them for one and they didn't know anything
about it. I had no problems saying, "ah well, l won't be needing this then" returning it back to the shelf and walking out empty handed  |

When you go and spend $100 for a portable broadband connection even though you have a wireless connection just in case your IP goes down and you can't
access comps! And it's soooo handy for when you need to wait somewhere - you can take that laptop and just keep comping!!! |

When all the soft drink bottles have no labels , the cereal is in the pantry minus the box , when you get up with a list of things to do today (mainly
comp related) have had your shower & got ready but are still sitting at the computer & suddenly it's getting dark , only came to check I
hadn't missed any new comps .
Even my youngest grandchild (5) asks if I need what ever she has just eaten/drank if I need the packaging before putting it in the bin .
Ooh and last week my ringing ph woke me & I quickly said "I Wake Up with Today " was someone from the hospital regarding an appointment for OH ,
she seemed rather puzzled ,just had to duck out ,heard a noise & it was an AP Van with a prize from Video Hits , only got the WPC on Tuesday

Parcel lady arrived 1 morning this week just as I was heading out , said she was lucky to catch me , parcel was for the lady in the unit beside me

When you are shopping for groceries and you tell the check out person "Stop, I just spent $30 dollars. Ring up the rest of the groceries separately."
I turn to my husband and say "This way I will get two entries instead of one."

When, for the first time ever you decant milk out of the carton into a jug because you need the barcode in a hurry, and the kids look at you as though
you're mad.
When you spend what feels like hours collecting, cutting and counting over 200 cat food barcodes to win a $50 hamper......sad! |
