The What Scares You? Competition Terms & Conditions
• The Promoter is Dreamworld Located at Dreamworld Parkway Coomera QLD 4209.
• The competition period begins 27 March 2009. The competition closes on 30 April 2009 at 11:59pm.
• Dreamworld employees and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are excluded from entry.
• To enter, entrants must tell us in 25 words or less "What scares you the most and why?"
• To enter, a valid order number (which can be found on your invoice) is necessary. You are allowed to enter the draw as many times as you have
purchased tickets. For example; If you have purchased 4 tickets on the same invoice you are entitled to enter the competition 4 times with 4 different
answers.
• Entries will only be valid upon full completion of the competition entry form, which is located on https://www.dreamworld.com.au/content/drw_2008_avpx_standard... All fields must be completed for entry to be valid.
• There is 1 major prize to be won. Prize includes 1 x Nintendo Wii Console System including a Wii Sports Game (Valued at approx. $385).
• The prize draw is to take place at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway Coomera Qld 4209. The prize will be drawn on 1st May at 4:00pm. Winner will be
notified by email before 7th May at 5pm.
• Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not collect or claim the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize
will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.
• This is a game of skill and the judge’s decision is final. No correspondence concerning the judge’s decision will be entered into.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss)
or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Entries will become the property of the promoter. Entrants’ details will only be used for database purposes as outlined during entry process.
• If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of the promoter, to their parent or legal guardian.
• Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
