One of 'Those' days
You know 'those' days? I had one yesterday that has continued to today. It started with my mans car being sideswiped and my mobile dying, and was
compounded today by the tim tam comp. I can't do SMS comps today so went to input my choc biscuit purchases (and I definately do not need choc biscs,
OH has coeliacs so he can't eat them so guess who does?) only to find I needed THREE packs not two! I had put them on a seperated reciept and
questioned the price holding people up as the check out operator was deaf and was trying her best but it was difficult. AAAHHHH.
There were other aspects but I won't get into it. Suffice to say that Telstra won't wave my contract til next week so am without a mobile til then.
Girl had the nerve to tell me the phone had lasted well!! Oh well, any advice on phones and plans would be welcome. Also, is it worth having a comp
phone? |

Stupid Telstra.
I am having one of the 'those' days too. I have 2 kids with a gastro bug. OH is away. I have to set the alarm to wake up to push fluids with the
youngest child and I have a mountain of bedlinen that needs washing. The washing machine is going 24/7 and the dirty pile isn't shrinking. But I
look on the positive side in that not all of the kids are sick and that no one has needed to go to hospital.  |

Hope your day gets better  tomorrow is another day
My hubby was going crazy screaming from the office the other day .He was syncing his phone to the computer AND it deleted everything  His phone is his diary full of all booked in jobs and contact details .
I think he is going to be using pen and paper now .

I think I'm having one of those weeks myself!
Just one thing after another and have been in the worst mood EVER!
Right now my husband is lucky he's not being divorced!
(I had to put my Living End tix on ebay loooooooong story)
I have honestly had enough this week, gawd help the kid that comes home today after copping a detention and giving me a call from a teacher, oh boy is
he in trouble tonight!! |

Wow, I think it must be going around.. I am in such a horrible mood and just want to cry, hubby has just left for 3 weeks and everything seems to be
going wrong and the boys are acting like they had a sugar overdose AARRRGGHHH!
So Suecat, Lesley, Mr smurfette and Cass you are FAR from alone.. I think I will go and sulk |

So sorry to hear about your day. I've had a week of it. Hubby away in Newcastle, my youngest has had ear infection and chest infection and then
hubby rings up today to say he now has to go to Melbourne for 2 weeks on Mothers day so we have t cancel our dinner we had planned for the two of us
and he will also miss our sons birthday next Thursday as well.
I am just so close to tears now. I don't know how any of you mums raising kids on your own and mothers with husbands, partners in the armed forces
do it for months on end.
Went to see my naturopath yesterday and we are starting a course of St Johns Wort as a natural anti depressant trial instead of going back onto the
Zoloft. She's also given me a multi vitiman, chase tree and fish oil/evening primrose as well so hope it all helps as I am really run down. |

Oh Marghambly I'm so sorry you're feeling so low. Makes my day seem just a little tedious. I hope the natural therapies work for you. I just have
to say, as a nurse, to be aware that StJohns Wort can react with other drugs, so please make both your doctor and natural therapist aware of any
medications you are taking. Take care. |

Hi suecat, thanks for that. Hey we all need to vent now and again so please don't apologise.
Re the St Johns Wort my naturopath is also an ex nurse so we went over any other drugs that I might be taking. There should be nothing there that
will cause any reaction but thanks for thinking about it.
I am seeing my doctor next week too for a couple of other things. I never had my thyroid tested so she wants me to do that too. |

Am glad I read this thread ,not that I have anything to complain about other than a heavy head cold after my flu shot , but I bought some St John's
Wort after my son passed .No one in the chemist asked if I was on medications for anything ,I'm on 2 lots 3 times a day & have had trouble with
even 1 multivitamin .Just glad I forgot I'd bought them till now after seeing Suecat17 's comment .
