Barcodes, lids etc - should I still be keeping them?
Hi guys
Going through my stash the other day and noticed I have heaps of barcodes, lids etc.
Should I keep or throw out??
• Fancy Feast barcodes – they used to have promotions asking for 50 barcodes/labels
• Kleenex lid pull-out – these were need for a comp at one stage
Does anyone still keep barcodes, or is it not worth it now?
I love how they want receipts for everything now, so really don't have a problem with not keeping barcodes!!
thanks |

I would throw out the Kleenex pull-outs. Kleenex now use stickers and you would probably need a receipt anyway. Some people were stealing
pull-outs from the supermarkets, so that's probably why they changed to stickers. I mainly keep current competition barcodes that have a matching
receipt, such as Woolies Coolect & win. |

some barcodes are handy to keep as if there is a comp on a product and you dont want to open the packet you can use an existing barcode to send in
with your current receipt, just so you can keep the product fresher, would of been handy to have margarine ones for the recent woolies comp instead of
having to cut them off a full one LOL
When the world says give up

try it one more time.......

Hi guys
Thanks for your replies
I do keep those like you mentioned - so I don't have to start cutting up the products I've just bought for a promotion - like Kraft, etc
Will chuck the Kleenex, but is it worth keeping any others?
