1. Purchase any SECRETS Shhh jewellery and place your entry form in the competition box provided in store.
2. For purchases completed via the internet, SECRETS Shhh will complete an entry form for the purchaser. (www.secrets-shhh.com)
3 . One entry form per purchase.
4. Competition runs from 1 April 2009 up to and including 10 May 2009.
5. The competition will be drawn at 10am on Friday 15 May 2009 at SECRETS Shhh National Support Office, Noosaville.
6. The prize is for the winners choice of jewellery to the retail value of $5,000 redeemable from any SECRETS Shhh store in .
7 . Prize is not transferable for cash or gift/credit vouchers.
8. The prize winner will be notified by telephone, by mail and details will be placed on our website (www.secrets-shhh.com). The winners name will also be published in The Australian newspaper on Tuesday 19 May 2009.
9. Staff and immediate families are ineligible to enter this competition.
10. If the prize is not claimed within three months a redraw will be held on Monday 17 August 2009 at SECRETS Shhh National Support Office, Noosaville
