I don't live in Bryon Bay but have visited with relatives that live at Lennox Head and there are lots of lovely things to do and see in the area.
Shelley Beach Cafe is lovely at Ballina/Lennox area for breakfast.
Lennox Head is a pretty spot for lunch and a look around.
Bangalow markets and Bangalow shops are gorgeous and you get such a mix of people at the markets it has a lovely feel.
If it isnt the week for Bangalow markets then just visit Bangalow and go to the Byron market if it is the right week for that.
Bryon lighthouse has a lovely walk to it or you can drive to the top. Have to pay for parking at the lighthouse which is Nat. Park.
I haven't been to this place but there is a fun Movie theatre at Mulwillimbah (not sure that is how to spell) where they have bean bags to sit on and
bring food to you. Relatives thoroughly recommend as a funky little place to go.
Hope that is a good starting point. |
