Subscribe - Tracking topics

is there anyway we can have a function that allows you to track a certain topic (other than putting it in your favourites)? as sometimes I wait for a reply to something that is posted but then forget to go back and check. it would be handy to have either an email alert or u2u alert when someone replies to the topic so you can go back and check. dont know if it could be done but would be very handy.

Notifications will be done via u2u. Members receive enough email already so we won't be adding to it.

Keep in mind - you will get u2u notifications for any topics/threads you subscribe to so your u2u Inbox will grow, however you will be able to easily unsubscribe too - via the User Control Panel.

Expect to see this within days.

This is now in place - enjoy!

When you subscribe to a thread, it is separate to CompTracker, in that the 'mark' or 'tag' or 'image' is not overwritten when you tag a thread for CompTracker. You can mark a thread for CompTracker and mark it to subscribe to it.
