2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. The Promoter is Pan TV Limited, 14 Herbert St Artarmon NSW 2064.

3. The competition commences on 1/7/09 at 00:00 and closes on 31/7/09 at 00:00. The winners will be the entries selected, having regard to skill and originality, at the Promoter's premises by the 1/8/09.

4. Total prize value is $1500 as at 16/6/09 and includes a copy of So Frenchy So Chic and New French Cinema DVDs in Thriller, Comedy and Drama. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your prize.
