There really isnt too many MAGAZINES that you have to be concerned about - most magazines no longer have the 3 month clause in them However, you
still are responsible for reading each individual competitions terms and conditions in case such a clause is inserted.

Thank you RB , makes it much easier to keep track of , have printed it out to keep handy though it has been 2 months now mag free other than Unique
Cars for the Mustang  
I never had time to read them , just get the puzzles done , had piles of mags I was keeping in case but gave up & off to the Doctors Surgery
.Never won much of any value & now saving at least $15 a week .
More time & cash to spend on comps with real prizes .

I just came in to do a search to see if anyone had posted anything like this. Thanks rychbytch. 
Apparently now, Woolworths Good Taste magazine (from NewsLifeMedia) now has clause saying that anyone who has won a prize from them in the last month
before the current comp, is ineligible to win... so those who won in their July comps, can't win from their August comps. It is a bit difficult, as
you generally don't know you've won their comps until the next month's comp has been released and you've probably already bought products and entered
it.
I'm sure there are many other promotional companies that have an exclusion period, but will have to do a search and see what I can find.

The LifeStyle Channel for some time now has excluded THE ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD for winning for 12 months if anyone in that household has won a prize
greater than $5000.
They normally start a big comp just before the 12 months begins anew so that effectively they exclude any previous winner from entering that as well.
