Find ThirtyŽ every day Bike Competition
Entry is open to all persons who reside in the Community Newspaper Group distribution area and
who comply with the entry criteria in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional
advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
1. One entry only allowed per person.
2. The Promoter of the Find ThirtyŽ every day Bike Competition is the National Heart Foundation of
Australia (WA Division), 334 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco, Perth, Western Australia.
3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating agents and their agencies
associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, entrants must complete and return the competition entry coupon answering the
following question, In 25 words or less, tell us what benefits you find when you Find ThirtyŽ
minutes' physical activity every day, along with their contact details on the envelope, or submit
an online entry via the Find ThirtyŽ every day website:
www.findthirtyeveryday.com.au/competitions.
5. Entry to the competition commences on Tuesday 11 August 2009 and closes at 5pm on Friday
11 September 2009. Entries must be received by the closing date and no responsibility is taken
for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. The winner will be the first valid entry selected randomly from all entries received, at 10am on
Friday 18 September 2009. The winner will be notified by telephone.
7. The winner will receive a $5000 gift voucher to be spent at The Bicycle Entrepreneur on their
choice of bikes and accessories. Total value of the gift voucher must be fully redeemed by 30
November 2009.
8. If the winner chosen has ticked the box to receive a Find ThirtyŽ every day e-news he or she will
also win a bonus prize pack consisting of Find ThirtyŽ every day merchandise.
9. The prize, or any part thereof, is not redeemable for cash.
10. The winner must collect their voucher from The Bicycle Entrepreneur store nearest to their
home.
11. Upon entering the competition, the winner consents to having their photo taken and published in
their local Community Newspaper Group newspaper.
12. The judge s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. There is no cost to enter the Find ThirtyŽ every day Bike Competition.
14. The Find ThirtyŽ every day campaign is an initiative of Heart Foundation and is proudly funded
by the Department of Health, WA. The Heart Foundation and Department of Health, WA accept
no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss or damage, accident, personal injury or death
which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion
15. The Heart Foundation of Western Australia and the Department of Health, WA respects your
