2009 Nick Jr. Online Survey Competition
Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry to the 2009 Nick Jr. Online Survey Competition
Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
There is one method of entry for this competition.
Online
To enter, entrants must log onto the Nick Jr. website (www.nickjr.com.au) and fill out information form and register. 2) If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to
enter their NickName and Password in order to enter the competition. Entrants must complete the online survey at nickjr.com.au. Entrants must also tell us what their favourite thing about the Nick Jr. website is and why (in 25 words or less).
Entry is open to any parent or legal guardian of a child aged between 3 and 6 years of age as at 04/10/2009.
The 2009 Nick Jr. Online Survey Competitioncommences from 04/09/2009 at 9am and will close on 04/10/2009 at 11:59pm. Entries received after the
closing date will not be eligible to enter.
The competition will be judged from October 5-9, 2009.
The competition is a game of skill.
The judging will be held at Nickelodeon offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
There will be one winner who will receive the following prize:
Nick Jr. Pack (valued at $150.00)
Astro Prize Pack (valued at $120.00)
Total Prize value is $270.00
The winner will be notified by phone, mail or email. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact prize winners.
The prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of the promoter, to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The
promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.
All entries become the property of Nickelodeon Australia. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being
entered onto a database. Nickelodeon may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any

thank you for posting this comp - i am just warning lottoers that this is a REALLY long survey for the prize!! think hard about it. . . loads of
questions about particular shows, your feelings on ads, etc etc. lots of details. |
