Upon acceptance of invitation of 5 of their friends and family (of whom they are physically acquainted) in the fields provided at www.threadpeople.com.au/invite, the member will automatically receive an entry in the draw to win A$3,000 Design Your Perfect Getaway Prize
(Prize).
All participants must be Australian residents and be older than 12 years of age at the closing date of the competition.
The email addresses entered by participants must be current and functioning at time of entry and must not be bogus or fake.
There is no limit to the number of entries that a member can receive.
The A$3,000 Design Your Perfect Getaway Prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
The decision regarding the winner is final and is non negotiable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed due to a technical reason beyond the Promoter's control.
The closing date and time for receipt of entries is 5pm Monday 30 November 2009.
The Prize to be won is a Mirvac Hotel Gift Voucher with the value of A$2,000 that can be redeemed in at any of the Mirvac Hotels before 1 December
2010. The Prize also includes a $1000 voucher for Thread People that can be redeemed by the winner at any time up until 1 December 2010. The vouchers
are valid for 12 months from closing date of the draw, 30 November 2009. There is no minimum amount of the vouchers to be used per month.
The draw is to be held at 9am on Tuesday 1 December, 2009 at the business premises of Thread People Pty Ltd.
The prize will be awarded randomly from those who participate in the promotion. The winner's Thread People account will be credited with the A$1000
value upon notification of their status as the winner and their acceptance of the prize. A Mirvac Hotel Voucher will be posted to the winner once they
acknowledge their acceptance of the prize to the postal address registered on their Thread People’s account.
Participants do not need to be present at the draw.
The winner will be notified via their Thread People registered email address within 2 days after the draw. The winner's name will also be posted for 7
days after the announcement of the draw at www.threadpeople.com.au
The winner must acknowledge via email or phone their acceptance of the prize with 2 days of their notification.
Thread People will register the winner’s Thread People account within 2 days of the prize winner being announced and acknowledgement from the winner.
In the event the winner is not contactable after a period of 12 weeks from the date of the draw, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and
there will be a second chance draw.
