Girls Night In Host Competition 2009 - Terms and Conditions:
1. Instructions to enter form part of these conditions.
2. To be eligible to enter the competition automatically, registered supporters of Pink Ribbon
Day or Girls Night In must bank over $180 of funds raised prior to Friday 13 November,
2009.
3. The promoter of this competition is Cancer Council Australia. Address: 1/120 Chalmers
Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. ABN 91 130 793 725.
4. Employees and immediate family of Cancer Council Australia and its members are
ineligible to enter.
5. The start date of the competition is 11 September 2009.
6. Closing date of competition is Friday 13 November 2009.
7. The prize will be drawn at 12pm on Friday 11 December 2009 at Cancer Council
Australia 120 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW
8. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing, and will be announced in The Australian
on Wednesday 16 December, 2009 and published on www.pinkribbonday.com.au
9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. The prize will be handed out within seven (14) days of the draw.
11. Cancer Council Australia and its members accept no responsibility for late, lost or
misdirected mail.

13. Total prize value is up to $ 7,798.80, includes a Qantas sponsored holiday voucher
($5,000), eight Harper Collins book sets ($99.96) each, eight 20th Century Fox DVD box
sets ($149.90) each, and eight Jeanswest Jean Vouchers ($99.99) each.
14. An unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12pm on Friday 26 March 2010. Address of draw:

15. The Voucher must be used for Qantas Holidays domestic or international packages or
Viva! Holidays international packages for flight and accommodation bookings or
accommodation only booking but cannot be used for flight only bookings. The value of
the Voucher must be wholly redeemed in one transaction.
16. All bookings and travel are subject to the Qantas Holidays General Booking Conditions,
which are available in the Holidays section of the Qantas website.
17. The Voucher is only valid for travel from Australia.
18. The Voucher is valid for travel until 30 June 2010; however voucher must be booked prior
to 31 December 2009. No extensions will be given.
19. Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, and must be booked no later
than 4 weeks prior to departure. The prize-winner and, if applicable, their travel
companion(s) will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or
accommodation.
20. If the Voucher is not taken with a departure date prior to 30 June 2010, however voucher
must be booked prior to 31 December 2009, it will be forfeited. Any unused portion will be
forfeited.
21. By redeeming the Voucher, you agree that Qantas Holidays and its related bodies
corporate and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any
loss, damage or personal injury whatever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and
consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize.
