If you complete the IKEA online catalogue survey in full and wish to go into the draw for the chance to win one of five $100 IKEA gift cards to redeem
at the IKEA Adelaide or IKEA Perth store, please read the competition terms and conditions below prior to submitting your details:
Terms and Conditions of Entry
1) Promotion commences on 9/09/09 and closes at 5pm on 24/9/09 WST.
2) Entry is only valid for South Australian and West Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and immediate families) of the promoter
and or agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3) Entries cannot be submitted by any other form, for example by post or e-mail.
4) The winners will be selected at random from the electronic database of entrants on Friday 25th September 2009 at Marketforce, 1314 Hay Street West
Perth WA. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email.
5) The prize is one of five $100 IKEA gift cards and can only be redeemed for IKEA products. Home delivery and assembly is not included in this prize.
The gift card can only be redeemed at the IKEA Adelaide or IKEA Perth stores.
6) The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7) Only one entry per person is permitted.
8) The promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or receiving, accepting or using any prize) except for any
liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9) The decision of the promoter in relation to any matter concerning the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10) If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the
promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.

12) All personal information is collected for the purpose of the conduct of the “2009 catalogue survey”. Entrants providing personal information are
entitled to access this information upon request made in writing to Cebas Pty Ltd, 8C Sunray Drive, Innaloo, WA 6018, in order to update it or
otherwise. This information will not be disclosed to any other organisation except with the express consent of the entrant. Failure to provide the
information required will result in the entry being void.

I'm in WA and I got the survey by email.
Would say it is SA and WA considering that's the two stores you can spend the gift cards in.

I registered on the ikea website (from memory) to receive emails about promos etc
