Suggestion to add thread subject to the subscribed thread u2u

I love the subscribed u2u function but was wondering if it would be easy to put the original subscribed threads subject in the u2u that gets
generated.
I find that when I log in for the first time since yesterday I may have 5 u2u's and 4 of them may be the same thread but I have to open each of the
hyperlinks to know for sure.
If the u2u had the subject of the subscribed thread in it I would then know I have read that update already and I can delete the u2u without opening
the linked page.
I hope this makes sense and I appreciate you considering my request.

Click the 'subscribe' link to the right of the 'personal notes' text at the top of every thread/topic.

Purpose of it is so you get a u2u notification when there is a reply to a topic/thread you want to keep up to date on.
