I have just joined this site, I paid for a 3 month premium account it asked for me to select a username and then asked for my credit card details. I made the payment then went to login and found that I had no account and needed to register, so I registered on the forum as asked only to find that I am now on a trial account. So I went looking for the contact link to ask about this as air these problem in public in my eyes is just not on, but alass no contact link to be found. Airing in public! here we go. Andrew, why has this site taken my money then decided that I am just going to get a trial period? where has my money gone and where is my premium account mate. From one forum developer to another please supply a more private way of contacting you with out needing to publice simple fix problems like this.

If you joined via PayPal then the payment pages states that method is not instant access and that you need to put your member name as a reference.

Via the lottos home page there are contact details:

If you paid online then after payment TWO emails are dispatched - both contain my email and phone number.

No mate it was by credit card and it debited my card twice. When I followed the get instant access it asked me to pick a username but not a password. So it is looking as though this account even though the username is the same is a different account. There was no register process in that process of getting instant access and there was no instant access. I have since found the contact link but it is not within the forum but seems to be only from the main site page before you login. I'm not trying to cause you any grief I am trying to find out why there is no record of my making payment and why I do not have a premium account. I can fully appreciate the work and long hours that you have put in to the site and forum as I help people out with their sites and forums often, spending many hours working through their code to find the problem and solutions for many strange behaviours that develop. So if I have offended you in any way I would like to offer my deepest appologies. After making the payment and following the link back to the site, the forum seemed to be expecting me to post a competition instead of entering competitions, if this is of any help to you with figuring what is going on with this problem.
