Foxtel HD Movie Channels not working?
Anyone else having problems with Foxtel HD Movie channels not working today?
They were working before & then comes up with message you need to upgrade - which we already have & pay for!!
Rang help line & they say it is Telstra problem & put us through but Telstra say their systems are down or something & to ring back
Monday.
I am thinking if it is a techical problem why Foxtel didnt fix it instead of putting us back through to Telstra.
Anyway cant be bothered sitting on hold again so just wondered if anyone else having trouble today with it.

All mine are up and running and have been fine all day.
I'm in northern suburbs, VIC and have satellite.
It might have something to do with Telstra lines, if you are on cable. (I had cable at my other place.)
If you use just the 'Movies' option via your TV Guide button, the HD channels don't come up, but if you select 'All Channels' they do, when you scroll
thru.
There's so many new options now, I'm still making discoveries |

Have you tried turning it off and back on again to see if it reboots?

Also had this and was told that because there was a free trial with all the channels, when the free trial ended, they just took everyone off -
including those who had paid for them.
Should be all fixed now. |
