What a terrible year for our dogs...
I posted a few weeks ago that our dear old dog hamish had died suddenly ( http://www.lottos.com.au/forum/viewthreadlite.php?tid=198875... ). Thank you to everyone who gave their thoughts and wishes.
He was 16 so although it happened quickly it wasn't totally unexpected.
Earlier this year, our 17 year old westie Lucy died. She had doggie alzheimers and heart problems so it was time.
In September our new westie pup Bella had a major emergency and needed specialist surgery in Sydney at SASH / Vet ICU (the vet hospital sometimes

The latest doggie drama is that our 10 year old silkie Morgan has today been diagnosed with lymphoma - life expectency 4 weeks - 18 months depending
on type and treatment.
Sigh..... it must be a changing of generations. I can't believe that it has all happened in a single year.

Goodness me lucymorgan - you have been through the doggie wringer, well, so have they I guess.
So sad to lose our old mates...hope Morgan will have a lovely time with you before she does go, I'm sure she's had a wonderful life already.
Glad to hear Bella is good now too.
Big tummy tickle for Morgan & Bella. ((Hugs)) to you.

What a hard time you've had recently, you poor girl. Having been through similar sadness this year I have a good idea how you're feeling. There will
always be another little animal who needs your love. They seem to 'find' us easily. |

certainly has been a sad, hard year for you. such huge losses and upsets, especially when thy've been part of your life for a long time. hope things
