Hi All,

The prizes are as follows:
1st : 2GB Ipod shuffle (not sure which generation but its the rectangular skinny one)
2nd : DVD Pack
3rd : Lucky Dip :0)
Have fun and Good luck!!!

It's quite an old recipe but it's a lattice cheesecake slice.
Mix together carnation milk, soft philadelphia cheese, lemon juice and rind. On the bottom of a dish place the lattice biscuits, top with the mixture
then top again with the lattice biscuits. Refridgerate for a few hours but preferably overnight. I usually use 5 biscuits across and 3 down. Make sure
the biscuits on the bottom are facing down. You can top with either a strawberry coulis or I also use a tin of passionfruit pulp...yum yum.... |

There once was a Canberra dude,
Sticky date pudding's his favourite food.
With ten sticky fingers,
On which pudding still lingers,
A killer entry ensued...
(thanks kia21)

Sticky Date Pudding with custard and cream. Yum.
Loving every mouthful, it is bliss,
I'm surrendering to this moment in time,
Thought i was going to try and make this rhyme,
Sorry lost my train of thought, thinking of eating it now with some rum. |
