Hi, we are off to Bali for a week, and looking for reputable but reasonable travel insurance.
Have no pre existing illness
can anyone recommend?

We have used Travel Insurance Direct the last couple of times that we've been away. Mind you we haven't had to claim but they seem to be quite reputable.

And there are a few discount codes available from retailmenot.

Travel Insurance

Aussie Travel Cover or CHI travel Insurance are brilliant. I am an ex-travel agent. Do not use Cover More or QBE, you will have strife when trying to claim, if you do.

Found this link - might help ;)

Credit card cover

Activated when you purchase travel with your credit card.
This type of policy applies to top-end credit cards and tends to have a general application intended for the mass market. It's applied as an incentive for travelers to purchase a travel ticket using a credit card.

Check the fine print of the credit card policy and that you are covered for the travel you intend on. Donít just take it for granted that you are covered for your specific trip.

This is not a full-blown protection policy - to do so would make it more expensive. You get what you pay for.

yes SCTI is the best, I work in the insurance industry - and this is what myself and all of my colleagues use.

Try you can get an instant online quote. I found them a lot cheaper than other travel insurance and they have no access and cover cash as well (lots of other insurance doesn't) cover is with Mondial assistance and allianze. As most of the are?
Have a look. good luck
