I also saw Red Dog this week. It was a good movie, left me a bit down for the rest of the day thought especially since based on a true story. First movie ive seen just me and hubby in over 10 years...

I just watched on DVD Burlesque - I heard some shocking reviews but I absolutely loved it. Also just watched Life as we know it and The Lovely Bones which I both thoroughly enjoyed but The Lovely Bones but a bit disturbing........

Saw preview of "The Guard" this week. Language was ???? but if you can overlook this it was a hilarious movie after a hard day. Recommend it to all

I saw Friends With Benefits yesterday
I'll give this movie 4 :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
I surprise with Justin Timberlake acting
he wasn't horrible at all & I thought Woody Harrelson
stole the show.

I enjoyed The Help - it was quite predictable, but I thought still good.

Saw Midnight in Paris as a preview, so I don't think it's released yet, but coming soon. A Woody Allen movie with Owen Wilson. A different role for Owen Wilson but very well done. A light movie with lots of laughs, especially if you know your writers and your artists who lived in Paris at one time!! Some lovely Parisian scenes as well.

PS - Also loved The Guard and Red Dog.

Loved "The Help" - seen it twice

We've seen The Help twice as well. Loved it just as much the second time.

When we saw it on the weekend the lights came on at the end of the film and nobody moved or made a sound, the packed cinema sat stock still for ages...think they were all in shock at how much the film moved them!
Lady in front of me couldn't speak she was sobbing so hard.

Truly brilliant film.

Horrible Bosses wasn't as good as I expected. Overall, it wasn't very funny. There are a couple of good lines here and there.

Saw The Help too- loved it!

The kids & I saw The Smurfs today and it was great.....really SMURFTASTIC! :):)

Saw Abduction last night. Easy on the eyes but the plot was weak and the script verging on ridiculous. Wait until it's on the weekly shelf. Although sigouney weaver did breathe some life into it.

Enjoyed THE RED DOG and THE HELP, my types of movies;);)

saw THE CUP last night at preview at Reading Cinemas- FANTASTIC.

Great Australian actors - everywhere - Colleen Hewitt was excellent playing the role of the mother

also lots of Curry's - Not sure if they are all related

Stephen Curry ... Damien Oliver
Andrew Curry ... Ray Oliver
Flynn Curry ... Grandson at Football
Freddie Curry ... Damien 3 years old

Saw Change Up (won tix) and didn't realise it was M15+..was awful!! Gasp out oud cringe moments and typical American carp..don't bother.

Also saw One Day yesterday (also won tix) ..had some poignant moments, very sad..the guy had such potential but ruined his life...Anne Hathaway was lovely..was a bit disappointed.
