Separate email account?

Hi all,

Just a quick question. Does everyone use their standard email account to enter comps or do you set up an email account just for entering competitions?

Should I expect alot of emails from competitions that I have entered?

Set up a seperate email account ie gmail or hotmail, purely for competitions.

Yes you will receive lots of junk mail and you don't want all of that clogging up your standard email inbox.

Separate email for comping, definitely!

I've had a hotmail account for 2 years and (touch wood) haven't had a problem with it.

Had a gmail one for comping for many many years theres 244,000 emails in it i just star the important ones so much junk mail

I wish there was a way of finding the WEMs easily. I filter by words but it only 'sort of' works.

I get between 100 and 150 "junk" emails a day. Definitely worth setting up a separate competition email address. I use Hotmail - then I can filter any email with "winner", "Congratulations" or "won" into a separate folder to try and find any winning emails.
