Comps marked not interested reappear unmarked???

Hi everyone,
I think I am going crazy but I'm sure some comps I mark not interested reappear unmarked when I log back in another day??.

Is this only me? What am I doing wrong? The little cross icon appears but when I check next day, the icon has disappeared?
Any thoughts?

Happens to me after the 4am clean up with some things I've crossed. Not sure why?

Happens to me too! Glad I'm not the only one... Also when I search comps closing on a certain date, sometimes when I resubmit the search new comps appear in the middle of my list? Not newly posted ones either... Weird.

Comps without a close date (like New comps, not all details known) will not retain any CompTracker mark.

Comps with a close date will have the CompTracker 'not interested' data removed 6 weeks after close date.

And my question is "Why Can't they"? I so want to get rid of all these comps marked "Not all details known" but they are always back next log in. Why can't they go with the Red Not Interested? Sure there is a sensible answer. Thanks.

Just happy I'm not going crazy!

I can work around the problems, just thought I was doing something wrong, thanks for the responses.

"New comps, not all details known" are supposed to be temporarily posted in that area (and not entered), then reposted in the correct area (then entered). If you were able to mark them in the So New area, then you could accidentally enter a 'once only' comp twice once it was posted (with all known correct details) in the correct area.

I've been wondering that for years too Casper. There have been quite a few lately, even after the comps are long closed......

and if you see any that are closed in that area, you could report them and they would be removed.
