House Rules
Anyone watching tonight?God they have done a shocking job on this house.Its so rough.Too many colours,rough paint work.Shocking tiles and ugly
furniture.They need to send in professional painters.This is the worst house I have ever seen on this show. |

My mum and I are watching it now. We were just saying the same thing. I just said it looks like it should be at the start of the Reno, not the finish.
I do like the kitchen though. That's about it! |

Do the production team come in and fix up the mess? Some of it was shocking. I would never risk my house!

I can`t imagine trying to get rid of that black paint on the window frames in the main bedroom those terrible brush strokes would show through the
next 10 layers of paint. I think someone in the production team should be ready to step in and say are you sure that's a good idea like Scotty does on
The Block and Reno Rumble. |

A example and lesson for any future contestants to make sure their rules are clear and understandable - and not to leave any trace of anything you do
not want in your house - like hexagons. The house does not flow, they have lost a great fireplace and what is a kids bathroom without a bath? Agree,
it is not one of their best. |

Oh yes I forgot about the no bath in the kids bathroom that was disastrous, I thought some of the scores were too generous considering the mistakes
and quality of workmanship. |

So good to hear others saying this.
I just couldn't get over it last night.
So bad! Definitely the worst result on any of the series ever, Couldn't believe it!
And the scores were definitely too generous! |

I agree... Not very cohesive and the artwork was shocking. The painting terrible, they aren't working together to make the house flow and it's
showing!! |

The home owners need to make sure the House Rules are clear, as these were not, seemed too many conflicting styles in the rules. My interpretation of
them anyway lol
As a cricket nut, I was horrified to see Donald Bradman pic in the laundry, as odd as having the cricket set etc there!
The paint colour in the hall was awful and didn't even go with the leadlight!
Hard to find anything good in this reno, apart from the kitchen, the boys did a great job!They at least look at trying to follow the house rules and
if they don't understand them go find out and not just do what they think/like. |
