Control Panel
Can I ask why the control panel is not available late at night?
Some nights I can not sleep and think it is the perfect opportunnity to enter comps that I have saved in my favorites, the house is so quiet it would
be perfect.

as far I know it works 24/7 , unaware of any issues

I thought it was closed down for about an hour between 3am - 4am??

Moomi, I'm on nightshift again on Xmas Day and Boxing Day. I'll try again then and see how I go. I've never had a problem previously. |

The Control panel goes off between 3am - 4am eastern standard time. You can still access the day's postings and I also think the side panel may also
work. Marina |

I wonder why it does that then? I have comps saved in my favorites and if I am writing a shopping list out then it is handy just to go straight in
there. |

I think it's an automated system that removes the posts which ended at midnight and I am not sure what else it resets but I was told a long time

This is correct. User Control Panel is unavailable during that period (AEST) for maintenance. I may look to making that window minutes rather than an
hour.

I am used to the User Control Panel being unavailable from 3am to 4am but lately I have noticed that it is unavailable at 2.30am AEST. Is it possible
to have an explanation for the earlier unavailability. Thanks. Marina |

The message says the control panel will be unavailable between 3am and 4am which is what it used to be but for the last few months it appears to go
off line about 2.15am and come back at 3am. The message is still the old one that says it is unavailable between 3am to 4am despite that not being the
case. I would prefer that if it has to be off that it is off after 3am. Thanks. Marina |

That is weird! It was changed to be between 3:45 to 4 AM so maybe you're getting an old version somehow. Next time can you please copy the website
address and u2u it to me when it happens?
