PROMOTER CONTACTED RE: CREATIVE ENTRIES
Contacting the promoter, regarding them receiving creative entries, which may be mailed-in or delivered and asking if the promoter is sticking to
their T&C's, as to how the winner is chosen.
In an effort to keep things fair. This page has been created. Any Lottos member is able to comment, add, delete, or make any changes to this thread
content.
Competitions being listed on this thread should be for major prizes only eg: cars, trips and big money. Probably valued from around $10k upwards.
Typically these are the competitions which would be targetted by creative entries being sent in to "overwhelm" the promoters, thus wiping out the rest
of the valid entries.
The format (example below) is easy to follow. When you want to add a nice big juicy competition, which you want to win and think it would be helpful
for the promoter to be contacted, confirming that they are going to award the prize exactly as their T&C's state, then add it to the list below.
Competitions listed below should be in end date order, so those ending first are at the top. The Lottos link in each topic will lead you directly to
the competition, where you can find the promoter's details and how to contact them.
PLEASE TYPE THE WORD "YES" NEXT TO THE ACTION WHICH WAS TAKEN. It will show us how many Lottos members have taken the time to ensure the promoter
knows they must adhere to their T&C's.

If we keep this up, promoters will start putting it into their T&C. I already saw one promoter last week that included in their T&C that
they're accepting no mail-in entries and that you could only enter online. It will slowly filter to most promoters. |

I was thinking about creative entries and I remember hearing about people sewing words onto quilts, knitting answers, making stuffed toys, doing fancy
photographic entries while the rest of us filled out the coupon on the Weetbix box. That's decades ago. Same thing really.

Im not getting into the facebook creative entry saga unless it involves a purchase. I'm printing out more copies of a letter I have written and I am
just posting them to every purchase comp I enter addressed to the promoter- re creative entries. |
