I was having the same problems with premium when i had nortons firewall up. I changed my firewall to zonealarm and now I don't have any
problems.  |

I have just got premium, but I too can't view the reports. I do have a firewall, but it's just the inbuilt one from Microsoft, not Norton.
Could this be my problem also??

Premium is great!
Well I've had premium for a month or so and think it is fantastic. Just how fantastic I am realising today as I can't access it (stupid
computer!!!) and I miss it already!
It makes it so much quicker and easier to enter competitions and I'm entering heaps that I would have missed otherwise.
My favourite post is the "all competitions closing within 10 days one" I pretty much just work off that and "today's posts"
now.
No major wins (yet?!) but lots of little ones so the $35 has well and truly paid for itself already. For anyone that is tossing up whether to get it
or not, it would make a great Christmas present for you if you can convince someone to support your comping obsession!  |

PREMIUM uses cookies so to ensure trouble free access, ensure the following:
Don't open multiple Premium reports at once (eg. Web comps by close date and store comps by close date. Opening multiple comp links on a report
is fine.).
Use Premium from one PC only - the PC you first accessed Premium from.
If using a cookie removal program save forum[1].txt type files.
Ensure you are logged into the forum before trying Premium!
Is your PC date and time correct?
If you use Premium and the reports are blank are you using Norton's Internet Security or Personal Firewall from Symatec?
If so, temporarily disable the program and then try Premium. |

Im just wondering if this is the thread that if you make a really sensible positive comment about Premium that you get it posted up the top so
everyone can see!!!

"Premium" has helped to make my comping more organised ... Now I have my mail entries posted early and always know when
the comps I'm really interested in close Thank You Andrew and
everyone who helps to make Lottos the only comping site worth being a member of 
P.S Andrew I've learnt which cookie to save and shown hubby so fingers crossed I won't have to bother you again because of my lost cookie
there's my Christmas present to you lol |

I would love to get premium with my Christmas money, but my husband said I should never disable the Norton antivirus software on our computer. Does
this mean I really can't get premium? |

Norton's Firewall is the issue - apparently some members have had the same issue when entering some ninemsn comps.
You don't permanently disable it, just while using Premium. |

do i have to click on any certain button to use premium ? i tried clicking on the premium button but it doesnt seem to work ?
oh and what exactly does premium look like so i know when i got it lol 
otherwise i will be running in circles when i got it already lol. |

The Premium link at the top left of the Forum will show you the reports available, but they will only run/list for Premium members. |

STAND-BY fellow PREMIUM members....after reading all the positive feedback, i figured nothing to lose, only prizes to gain...right? So sign up i did.

Well hubby sent off a money order for me yesterday so I too shall soon be in the lap of premiun luxury
It cant come soon enough for me though, I want it right now be patient I tell
myself, just be patient.
I dont suppose lottos wants to give me premium today? The moneys in the mail! I
swear!
I am missing todays posts thats for sure! Oh well, just a week or so and I will be all premiumed up and rarin' to go! |
