PREMIUM IS GREAT

posted 4-3-2009 @ 10:40 PM www

so you would like:-

Web Comps By Close Date
- less CompTracker marked Entered or Not Interested and excluding Purchases?

posted 5-3-2009 @ 09:38 AM www

Kind of!

Could the search include all web only comps, not just those with a "final" closing date, but those that repeat also?

The only other issue I see is that it would still include comps from regions that Iam not eligible to enter (i.e not open to WA residents) but I think I can live with that, and it would probably take too much effort and space in the slider to include a search like the one requested for each region....

I'm guessing this would be the most effective way to enter web only comps where I dont have a lot of time and dont want to go out purchasing products to enter.

I understand that the premium service is new, however is there anything in the pipeline for an advanced search function where the user may create his or her own searches from the variety of parameters present in the competition posts?

Thanks again! ;)

Actually, Premium and CompTracker has been around for years. lottos is the innovater in that regard.

An advanced search is something to be considered, although many members just save their favourite Premium reports into their bookmarks, like the All Comps closing within 10 Days, which would be the most used one.

Comps that have a 'final' closing date are just that. They close. If the site that has the comp has a new comp, it's a new comp with a new close date.

The report closest to what you want is:

Web Entry Competitions (from all forum areas), less CompTracker marked comps as Entered or Not Interested

http://www.lottos.com.au/forum/reports.php?action=webbyclose...

To exclude Purchase Required, either just skim past them or mark them as Not Interested. Same for any states you are not interested in.

A humble wish....

Being a premium member is awesome and has been so invaluable for my new-found hobby (addiction) of comping.

Am I allowed to make suggestions on changes which would really help me? (and perhaps others)

If it's at all possible, when posting a comp, could there be a new facility like tick boxes against something like photo or video required? I love these types of comp, and if there was then a report that listed just these comps, that would make my comping life just wonderful. It would also save all those lovely lotto-ers who post comps time because they wouldn't have to put 'photo/video required' in the title (and also the lovely mods who invariably have to change the posts when they've been omitted). Please please Andrew?

Also, what about a report on wol comps by mail or email for those creative and crafty folk out here?

Apologies if I'm overstepping the mark, just loving this new hobby.

The suggestion of Creative type comps was implemented, both for the posting and reporting components.

All these years on and I still love Lottos, was just thinking today how I have always wanted to win a computer and a good camera and won both this year other than that been quiet but I am thrilled, best of luck to everyone and thanks so much Andrew for running a wonderful, rewarding site.

Suggestion if i may (love the site alot) it would be easier if the premium reports were on the right hand side then my courser wouldn't keep bumping into it LOL.

Can anybody tell me if you can change your members name on here and delete a message that comes after my name which I never put on?
Thanks

Barbara I'm not sure if you can change your name. I doubt it or everybody would be wanting to do it  Possibly what you're seeing after your name is 'That's me!'. If so don't stress we can only see that on our own name and no-one else can see it.

This is my second year as Premium. I love it!
posted 1-2-2016 @ 07:34 PM www

Premium's amazing!

Would be great to have a way to mark a comp as 'Entered And Revisit' too - another icon separate from the green tick so if there wasn't time to enter again later it would be added to the number of comps entered anyway.... Suppose I could use the star but that would stuff up the entered figure.....

Do you still get a free extra day/week or something added onto your Premium when you post a new competition? I was a member a few years ago and I'm sure we got some extra time added but not sure if that's still going.

Yes, three free days when you post a new comp
