Who to complain to about not receiving prize i have won
Hi, in January i won a $500 visagift card in the bws 100 days of Summer competition. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying it has
been sent, but when i tell them i have not received it yet they keep giving me differents dates on when it was sent out.
Who do i complain to please |

I’d also ask them for the tracking details.
Most promoters will always send gift cards by registered mail. |

Everytime i ask for tracking details they say they will get back to me with it but never do. |

I'd try
posting on Facebook, just say how disappointed you are not receiving the prize & how much it would help out in the current circumstances ... I've
had to follow up several larger prizes lately, people are working from home & things are slipping under the radar ... nobody wants bad publicity,
so I find a polite post gets things moving sometimes (remembering things are not business as usual, at the moment  ) |

I have the same problem with my granddaughter's prize from Toasted TV. I helped her submit and she won a packet of pens but never got them. I can't
even find out if they were posted and stolen. Just no response. I think I'll just buy her some.

previous years about $25000

If I get no luck via email, I often head to facebook and direct message the company. I've had several missing prizes quickly solved doing it that way.
I sometimes think they hope we'll just forget about it and give up. |
