I can relate.

In January, I won a family pass to Trolls which I cannot even use. I have won only 1 prize all year.

It's pretty disheartening but I keep logging on and entering each day regardless. :sniffle:

Slim pickings for everyone these days.
Just not enough comps with good prizes around to enter. Flooded with Facebook/Instagram comps and thousands of people competing over a candle or some hand cream.

There's hardly any comps offering big prizes, no comps offering tickets like movie, theatre or events. No restaurant vouchers. Some promoters are changing a little with the times, offering cash instead of a trip. And a few more purchase comps are popping up. I'm sure things will slowly change and more places open up.

Good luck everyone. :)

A few books and a fly swat. Oh and clothesline and an ice cream voucher. Still nothing much I want but the books. I have decided I'd like to win a 3D printer.

Prize wins 2014: $37680
Prize wins 2011: $13000
previous years about $25000

The harder you work the luckier you get

Thanks everyone, I am so very glad its not just me. I do my comps every night no matter what, and definitely missing the movie tickets and the books. So true toooooo many people have extra time now for comps

Good luck everyone

I am becoming quite selective nowadays, entering fewer comps and targeting carefully. I also look for comps that have fewer entrants.
I am no longer entering comps for random things that I really don't want or need.
Although I have had luck this year so far with some nice wins, last year I had 3 or 4 months without any wins, while still putting in heaps of effort.
The harder you work the luckier you get? Most of the time gr82do :o:o:o:o:o:o:o

I'm the opposite, best April / May I've had. Usually they are pretty quiet for me. I enter FB/Insta comps though and both myself and my mum are RNs so we've won a few of the comps aimed at healthcare workers.

That being said, my biggest win for the year was a trip to Taiwan, which I highly doubt I'll get to go on. I should have been coming home today, has been rebooked for October (latest they'd allow) and really doubt I'll be going then also. I think winning something like that and then not being able to use it is worse than not winning it in the first place. :(

Your not alone, much less comps on offer, feel like I have lost my Mojo.

My year started off, better than it had been for a while, then Covid arrived & I thought that cooking comps would crash & burn, so I bought a subscription for online courses, to up my skills, splurged a Bunnings voucher I won, on paint & prep stuff, to DIY our house, if I'm stuck in it, then I want it to be, somewhere I want to be stuck in !!! ... I thought I'd have time on my hands ... but cooking comps haven't disappeared & now I'm running around like a crazy woman, trying to keep up (including being in Iso & trying to buy ingredients, is extremely challenging, thank goodness for online shopping) ... our house looks like a demolition zone, dust everywhere ... I desperately need to win a years worth of massages (for when social distancing allows) just to recover ... my silver hair, looks like I accidentally electrocuted myself, better add a comp for a makeover to the massages ... seriously not where I pictured myself at 68 :lol::lol: ... so my advice, don't give up, life rarely works out the way you planned, but closing all the doors when it doesn't, might just stop you finding that tiny one, that opens to something amazing xx

C'mon guys and Gals enter, enter, ENTER anything to get you back into the swing of things
Competitions like we had in the last couple of months may have disappeared temporary but they will return slowly
Do not give up at all, together as a lotto group we have to support each other to keep going no matter how many great comps have been taken away.
Keep at it, that prize is awaiting you (us) (me) around the corner (once the postie delivers it ):lol::lol::lol::lol:

I've won two novels over the last few months.. It's my hobby, so I just keep having a go when I'm in the mood... As there's not the BIG prizes available so much at the moment, I am more casual about my comping, but still enjoying it..;);););):)
