I think they mean CRT which is carton.
Each can of Batiste has a RRP of $10.50 according to chemist warehouse. 6 cans would be $63. So I think you were supposed to get 6 cans and not one!! |

I think you're right. They were supposed to send out a carton, not a single can.

Yeh I agree with Sands, SRT meant shelf ready tray for the supermarket, which was probably 6 cans. If for some reason they couldn’t send that many
through the post, they should have thrown in a $50 gift card! lol! I might give the promoter a ring next week and see what the response is. |

I finally remembered to ring the promoter early this morning, I left a message on the Customer Service answering machine for someone to contact me. I
have had no return call. I have just sent off an email enquiry to the Customer Service Department.
I will let you know if and when I get a reply. |
