I called yet again today at sanitariam ,now they not even taking my call ,there is some sort of message coming on saying temporary not in office and can call next business day?

So I called the reception number on the sanitariam page n they took details but said it could be up to 5 business days before response.Something sounds so suss about all this pass the buck stuff, I think they stuffed up,.

Well I fed up ,so I emailed in the message part on the sanitariam page and got a automatic reply saying it received and sumthing about a reply within 48 hours

So, since they wanted to do the not answering phone trick again yesterday, I sent emails to 'Khali' and to Sanitarium directly

Oddly enough, not even the auto bot reply to either that one usually gets this time, so I have also sent a message via the actual Up&Go website also, and Facebook message to the Up&Go page

I rang yesterday and spoke to Khali as well. She is working from home as her kids were carrying on in the background. She apologised for their noise.

She took all my details and said they were doing checks and if I was getting validated I would have received an email on Monday, which I didn't. Strange that they say you're a winner, then withhold the money then try to validate. My wins were from the second chance draw.

Their story has changed SO many times, I do not believe a word of any of it


That same person told me the delay was due to my bank (rubbish) and I would have my money very soon (that was almost 2 weeks ago)


Claimed on December 15 and it has been excuses ever since

This validation rot is just to stall and hope people forget IMHO

Itís ridiculous, Iím still waiting for my money owed. I received an email for one entry I need to provide: winning email, photo ID and receipt . Iím not providing ID for my win. Where does this information get stored. I would prefer to just send receipts. The prizes were $10,20,$50. Who knows what entry needs to be validated.
Still waiting for other emails for verification or maybe itís only one. Yes, I called many times and was told many different stories.
I have a friend who won (second chance) all money has been transferred.

I didnt enter this comp but i drink up and go once a day, everyday.

This is soooo bad from a well known company.

It seems soo suss that they dont have the money.

Just checked bank and low and behold the $ in its $40 as they'd gave me A $10 instead of a $50, so I see they subtracted the $10 from $50 , well that a relief as U broke lol too much shopping with daughter lately .
