that's strange, with prepaid Telstra and Optus I get free credit to use depending on how much I recharge minimum recharge is $30 to get $5 credit to
enter 1900 SMS comps. I think $40 gets you $10.
maybe you need to call the company and ask them to allow you to enter them. |

I've tried ringing them and they said they have banned all MMS on all their prepaid plans. When I rang Sunrise to complain, they said that they have
had many complaints saying the same thing and that Telstra have told them the same thing. Very frustrating! |

That is exactly what I told them. I said that not everyone has access to a mobile phone, let alone the ability to send premium MMS messages as most
carriers are blocking them these days. I said that it is very discriminating to only offer this method of entry and prevents a lot of their viewers
from entering. I told them that Channel 10 provides online entry forms.
I rang the number in Clause 3.4 of the Terms & Conditions -
"Extra charges may apply to entries exceeding this character limit. Ansible Pty Ltd Helpline 1300 851 419.
Note that premium rate services are not available via every provider, it is recommended that viewers
contact their individual service provider to confirm. "
Good luck. The man they put me through to said that they have had several complaints regarding this. I'm not surprised! |
