Promotion
Woolworths Big Night In 2022
Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent,
step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
How to Enter
To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
1. Purchase three (3) Participating Products in a single transaction from any Participating Store; and
2. Either:
a. (“Rewards Card Entry”) prior to finalising the transaction, scan their Everyday Rewards Card in store at the checkout or input their Everyday
Rewards Card number during checkout on Woolworths Online – the Rewards Card Entry option is not available to Non-Registered Cardholders; or
b. (“Receipt Code Entry”) enter online, during the Promotional Period, by visiting the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI following the prompts
to the promotion entry page and inputting all of the requested details (including their full name, address, and mobile number, the Unique Receipt
Code, and submitting the fully completed online entry form (so that it is received during the Promotional Period), (each, a “Qualifying Entry”).
Each Qualifying Entry:
via the Rewards Card Entry option will automatically receive two (2) entries into the relevant Daily Prize Draw; and
via the Receipt Code Entry option will automatically receive one (1) entry into the relevant Daily Prize Draw.
Bonus entries
1. EDR BNI bonus entry mechanic: One (1) bonus entry will be awarded to Eligible Entrants who have made at least one (1) valid Rewards Card Entry
during the Promotional Period and who have boosted their offer at least 2 hours before shopping in-store or online. To enjoy your offer online you

2. Everyday Extra subscribers bonus entry mechanic: Three (3) bonus entries will be awarded to Eligible Entrants who have made at least one (1) valid
Rewards Card Entry during the Promotional Period and who have subscribed to Everyday Extra before shopping in-store or online. To enjoy your offer
online you will need to ensure your registered Everyday Rewards card number is linked to your online account at checkout. The Bonus Entry will be
added to the relevant Daily Prize Draw within seven business days of the applicable Rewards Card Entry. Bonus Entries will not be awarded where an
Eligible Entrant has made a Receipt Code Entry and subscribed to Everyday Extra.
“Participating Product” means any product from the participating brands, subject to any exclusions specifically noted, or any of the participating
products, set out in the ‘Participating Brands/Products Schedule’ – available at the end of these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Website
woolworths.com.au/BNI.
“Participating Store” means Woolworths supermarkets and participating Woolworths Metro stores across Australia and Woolworths Online at
woolworths.com.au ** . Purchases at other Woolworths Group outlets (including but not limited to Everyday Market, BIG W, BWS or Dan Murphy’s outlets,
whether attached to or separate from a Woolworths supermarket), Woolworths MetroGo and Caltex/AMPOL Woolworths co-branded Metro fuel outlets are not
eligible for the promotion.
“Promotional Period” means the period between 00.01 AEST on Wednesday 18 May 2022 and 23.59 AEST on Tuesday 5 July 2022.
“Non-Registered Cardholder” means someone who is not a Registered Everyday Rewards Cardholder or someone who is a holder of a temporary Rewards Card.
“Registered Cardholder” means a cardholder of an Everyday Rewards Card, where all mandatory cardholder information (including cardholder’s legal name)
has been correctly completed in the Everyday Rewards Program database – cardholder is not a Registered Cardholder until confirmation has been issued
by the Everyday Rewards Program; and
“Rewards Card” means an Everyday Rewards card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday Rewards Program whether in a plastic or electronic
(virtual) form. Only Registered Cardholders are eligible to enter the Promotion via the Rewards Card Entry option. For the avoidance of doubt,
Non-Registered Cardholders (including holders of temporary Rewards Cards) are not eligible to enter via the Rewards Card Entry option.
“Unique Receipt Code” means Woolworths’ unique code number provided for the transaction (displayed on the Woolworths receipt, for in-store
transactions) or online invoice/order number (displayed on the online invoice/order confirmation, for Woolworths Online transactions).
“Everyday Rewards App” means the Everyday Rewards Program application where members can view their rewards balance, browse specials and use or access
and activate member benefits. “Everyday Rewards Program” means the Everyday Rewards loyalty program operated by the Woolworths Group. Further details
of the Everyday Rewards Program (including terms and conditions of the program) are accessible at everydayrewards.com.au
Important note: all Eligible Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to
produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (for in-store
purchases) and the date of purchase on the receipt(s) or invoice(s)/online order confirmation must be during the Promotional Period and prior to
entry.
**In accordance with Woolworths Online Terms & Conditions (accessible at https://www.woolworths.com.au/Shop/Discover/about-us/terms-a...), all online transactions must be for a minimum spend of $50 (excluding delivery
fees, bag fees or crate to bench fees) for delivery, and a minimum spend of $30 for pick up (excluding bag fees). Minimum spend requirement for online
transactions excludes any tobacco/smoking products, liquor, gift cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards, tickets,
cash outs, delivery charges (including Delivery Unlimited items), donations, Carpet Care, Pre-order Kiosks and purchases on a charge account. Amounts
spent online on Participating Products will count towards the minimum online spend of $50.
Limits on Entry:
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) for Receipt Code Entries, only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Entry; (b) for
Rewards Card Entries only two (2) entries permitted per Qualifying Entry; (c) each Qualifying Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance
with entry requirements; and (d) a limit of five (5) Qualifying Entries per day applies (which equates to 10 entries per day into the relevant Daily
Prize Draw for Rewards Card Entries, and 5 entries per day into the relevant Daily Prize Draw for Receipt Code Entries).
The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer additional methods of entering into the Promotion during the Promotional Period. These
offers may include the provision of offers through Everyday Rewards channels or bonus entries on certain weekends during the Promotion. If
implemented, the Promoter will communicate such offers through electronic direct marketing and/or on its website.
The period between 00.01 AEST on Wednesday 18 May 2022 and 23.59 AEST on Tuesday 5 July 2022.
Purchase of Participating Products must be made within the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, orders placed prior to or after the
outlined delivery date and time of the Promotional Period with a delivery or pick up scheduled during the Promotional Period are not eligible for this
promotion.
Daily Prize Draws
There will be one (1) draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 49 draws (“Daily Prize Draws”).
Entries into each Daily Prize Draw will open and close each day (based on AEST) and the draw for each Daily Prize Draw will be conducted on the Draw
Date specified in the table below.
All Daily Prize Draws will take place at 11.00 AEST at Unit 6, 3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh, NSW 2120. For the avoidance of doubt, Daily Prize Draws
will take place on a weekly basis and there will be no draws conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in NSW.
Entries in each Daily Prize Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Prize Draws.
Daily Prize winners will be published weekly online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI from the dates specified in the table below. All
winners of a Daily Prize will also have their name and address published in The Australian on the dates in the table below.

Prizes will be distributed to winners’ nominated addresses within 60 days after prize winner verification is confirmed and prize package is selected,
subject to any processing or delivery delays.
All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize nominations will be considered by the Promoter and determined in its sole discretion.
All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly included with the Prize Package prize are the responsibility of the winners.
Once the Prize has left the Prize Provider or Creata’s premises, the Prize Provider or Creata takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged,
delayed or lost in transit.
The Prize Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any Prize Pack except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
(including the CCA).
If any Prize (or any portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Prize Provider’s reasonable control, then the Prize Provider
will provide a comparable Prize (of similar categories to the Prizes) of equal or greater value to the original Prize instead, at the same Price to
Creata.
Notification of Winners
Winners agree to being notified either via phone call to the number linked to their Everyday Rewards account, or in writing by email (via the email
address linked to their Everyday Rewards Card or input manual entry email address) within three (3) business days of the applicable draw date.
Winners will be published online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI, for a minimum 28 days, from the applicable ‘draw date’ specified in
the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’ section above. Winners of a prize will also have their surname, first initial and state of residence published in
The Australian on the applicable ‘published date’ specified in the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’ section above.
Total Prize Pool Value
Total prize pool value is up to AUD $392,538.51
Prize values are correct as at 07/02/2022, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the
value of the prize after that time.
Unclaimed Prizes
If any prize remains unclaimed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise forfeited, despite the Promoter making all reasonable
efforts to notify a winner or because a winning entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may deem any winner as ineligible
to receive the respective prize.
Second Chance Draw
If any prize remains unclaimed after 28/09/2022, a Second Chance Draw will be held on 06/10/2022 at the same time and place as the original draws,
subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Second chance draw winners will be notified in writing by email within three (3) business days of the second chance draw (if applicable). Second
chance draw winners will be published online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI from 10/10/2022. Any second chance draw winners will also
have their name and address published in The Australian on 13/10/2022.

Further Details
1. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the ‘Key Terms’, all ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST),
accessories, meals, drinks, maintenance, ongoing usage of appliances, transport, transfers, spending money, fuel, oil and services costs, safety gear
to comply with state and territory regulations, in-room charges and any and all other expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize are
the sole responsibility of the winner.
2. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
In particular, prizes may not, without the prior consent of the Promoter and any applicable third party supplier of the prize (“Supplier”), be resold
or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including
competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the
Promoter or the Supplier may, at their absolute discretion, withdraw the prize(s). Where a prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause, no
refund, substitute or compensation will be offered and if the prize is a ticket, the winner and any person who has purchased or otherwise bears that
ticket will be refused entry.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for
any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications
problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the
promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel,
terminate or suspend the promotion. Further, the Promoter at its sole discretion may recommence this promotion under the same conditions.
4. If any prize (or any portion of a prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or
portion of a prize) of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any
additional compensation in the event that the prize or portion of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
5. In the event of war, terrorism, pandemic, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner does not claim their prize by the Second Chance Draw date, their entry
will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct the Second Chance Draw, subject to relevant regulatory authority instructions.
7. If an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date at which they enter the promotion and the Second Chance Draw date, that entrant
must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details immediately.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity
of the Eligible Entrant.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, employment, residential address of winners and any other information from
entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these
conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of the Promoter, conspires with others to gain an
unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion, or who has
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. If consumers are required to purchase a product to enter, then it is a condition of the prize being awarded to the winner that the winner retain a
clear copy of their original receipt (or invoice, where applicable) and provide it to the Promoter as proof of a valid purchase to enter this
promotion.
11. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotion Website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service
provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically
enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Any contact details incorrectly entered on the website
may invalidate an entry, at the Promoter’s discretion.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting
and/or using a prize or in relation to the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Any prize supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. The Promoter is not responsible
or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any third party supplier or otherwise as a result of the
winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these
conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including
the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
14. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major

It shows the participating products by category. Click on a category that you want to check. Just above the pics of all that products, there's an
option "Sort by:" The default is 'Relevance'. Click on this and change to 'Price Low to High'. Then you'll be able to see the cheapest products in
each category.
Keep in mind that this will change each Wednesday as the new specials come up and old specials end.
I've had a look at most of the categories, and it appears that the cheapest entry is to by $1 Cadbury chocolate.
However, check the participating products first, because if there's items there that you'd buy anyway then that's better than buying something just
for the comp. |

So it came up as an entry on the bottom of your receipt? That's good to know.
I was reluctant to buy Freddo frogs, because when I checked the Cadbury range online for participating products, although Freddo items came up (like
share packs), the individual Freddo's didn't.
