Terms and Conditions
Promotion:
Participation in the Weet-Bix Slippers Gift with Purchase Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
including how to enter and gifts.
Can I Enter?
Entry is open to Australian residents. You are not eligible to enter if you are a member of the immediate family of an employee of the Promoter, or
its related corporations or agencies (Eligible Entrant).
Parent or Guardian Approval
You must have your parent or guardian’s approval to enter if you are under 18 years old. Your parent or guardian must have read and consented to these
Terms and Conditions and may need to enter into an agreement to show their consent to you entering this Promotion or accepting any Gift.
When?
The Promotion commences at the time the participating stores displays the promotional materials (estimated to begin on or about 19 June 2023) and
ending when the stocks of Gifts are exhausted (the Promotional Period).
How do I claim?
Buy 2 x Weet-Bix products from any participating store during the Promotional Period and claim the Gift in store (Claim). One Gift is available per
Claim, while stocks last.
Gifts
There will be approximately 50 Gifts available in each participating store comprised of Weet-Bix branded Slippers in 3 sizes: M (36-38), L (39-42) and
XL (43-45) (Gift). Gifts will be allocated to various participating retailers. Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Cost of Entry
You are responsible for any costs associated with entering the Promotion.
Receipt of Entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or
incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Disallow, verify or disqualify claims in its absolute discretion;
verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of claimants (including an claimant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to
award a Gift where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where a claimant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner,
or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion;
provide an alternative gift of equal value in the event that all or part of a Gift becomes unavailable;
to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the Gift) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event
that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and
enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Liability
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting any Gift, except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. This includes but is not limited to any tax liability or tax implications.
Privacy
Any information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for for the Promoter to send you additional informational or marketing material,
