Yes,I had the same issue.I explained I knew how to enter the date.Today they have asked me to send them a photo of my packet of chips with the
date.They do not understand the issue is the formatting.
I am intrigued some people have managed to enter.How have they done it?? |

I've done it as I posted yesterday
But as I also said, I enter on the ipad so maybe it's different on a phone |

also I don't think an Ipad uses Android, it's Apple.
Also I am able to enter the Pepsi comp with no issues on the same app so the problem isn't my end. |

I make the mistake one time with another comp using iPad and couldn’t get the $ into wallet. Had to get link reissued so I could get it on my phone |

I bought a promotional pack yesterday and entered with that - no problem (best before date 11 FEB 24) I also used their calendar for entering the date
to make sure I had their required format. Hope that helps - good luck. |

I'm using their arrows on their calendar and it automatically changes the date format to 2024, not 24. So frustrating |

I changed the date to 11 Feb 2024 and it worked,but it isnt the date on the packet,that one says 4Feb but it just won't accept. |

I understand what you mean now when you say the date it locks in.It isn't the correct date but that's the one they accept which is very odd. |
