entrant.
If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take

of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise
inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companions) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its
discretion.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, or incorrectly
submitted.
If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable
steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.

for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value
or specification, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities
By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
If this competition is interfered with in any way or cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software,
hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, pandemic, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public
health orders and the like, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: a) to end, change,
suspend or cancel the competition as appropriate, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority; or disqualify affected
entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
The Promoter and Cricket Australia are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent
financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian
Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
As a condition of accepting the prize, a/the winner (and his/her/their companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by
the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a
winner or winner’s companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation
required under this clause on their behalf.

I was able to redeem tickets - hope this makes sense!!
- Click on the link from the email
- I wasn’t sure which date the general public tickets were for so I selected the first date from the drop-down box eg Wednesday 3 January 2004 -
General Public
- In the ‘If you have a password, please enter it here’ box enter the password from the email making sure there’s no spaces etc
- The ‘Unlock tickets’ button will turn green which you now click on
- If that’s your date then you’ll be taken to the tickets page
- If that’s not your date you’ll get the message ‘Some passwords entered are not valid’ - pick the next date for the general public and try again
(you’ll have to delete and enter your password to get the ‘Unlock tickets’ button to turn green)
My password worked on the second date

Thanks jmflame I shall give it another go with what you have instructed but do
have to say what a strange way to pass on tickets for the recipient to navigate such things when tickets may be all taken anyhow wow |
After looking at the email again it states “then select the date with General Public / Public Reserve beside it” so you may be able to select the day
you prefer until there’s no more tickets available? It’s very confusing! |

Yes indeed it is confusing and have tried to redeem and it wanted payment so I tried again and again only to give me the message that 'code is
invalid' so who knows where those tickets have landed.
Such a messy way to award tickets in my opinion oh well c'est la vie 🤷♀️ |
