Promotion runs from the 1st November 2023 to the 12th December 2023 inclusive.

Promotional Period:
Start date: 01/11/23 at 06:59 am AEDT End date: 12/12/23 at 11:59 pm AEDT
Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any Fussy Cat product from any Woolworths
Supermarket within Australia (excludes MetroGO, Ampol Woolworths and Milkrun) or via Woolworths Online at www.woolworths.com.au ("Participating Venues"); and
b) visit online and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and
c) fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, postcode and phone number) and
upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying
transaction;
b) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and
c) each entry must be submitted separately and in
accordance with the entry instructions above.

Instant Win:

‘winning moment’ will last for one (1) second only.
b) If a valid entry is received during a ‘winning moment’, that entrant will be declared a provisional instant prize winner,

I wonder whether anyone has rung the promotion companies who run these competitions to let them know how everyone is seeing through the pretense of
giving out prizes when, in reality, so few are ever won. The added clauses lately stating that only NON CLAIMED prizes (and methinks there are
almost none of those!) will be given out in an unclaimed prize draw. I wonder if this was going on before and we all just "presumed" that ALL prizes
which weren't won were given out in an unclaimed prize draw ... or whether it has just come to our notice since these stupid "winning moments"
competitions have become so dominant. Makes me furious! |

I think the general public see the comp and enters, "then forgets" because anyone I've ever spoken to always says "I never win anything"... the
consumers generally don't expect to win. It's probably only us compers, who KNOW we can win. But now, with winning moments, we KNOW we can't.
I don't think the general public would even know HOW to find out winners lists, or how many prizes were won. They just see $3Million and think there
are lots of prizes.
I'm betting less than $5,000 of the $3million is won. |

Nothing in the T's & C's that say anything about listing the winners or the amount of winners.
Because the winning amount ($50) is so small is does not fall under the regulatory requirements for having to publish.
Another "creative" way these promotions are operating.

I also think contact the company directly, the contact us might just go to the promotors page, who run the competition.

As much as I hate these 'winning moment' comps, these guys would have to be the most honest of all promoters running this type of competition.
Usually we have to contact them to try and find out what 'winning moment' means or how long it lasts, and even then they don't respond.
I still won't enter though. For those comps like these that do publish winners, I've calculated that less than 10% of prizes are ever won.
At least here you have a chance every 60 seconds. Often the winning moment is once every half hour or hour.

I got that any time I tried to enter the Red Rock Deli competition at Woolies. I contacted them and when they finally replied they claimed that
happens when someone is trying to flood them with spam

Alarm bells.... $3 Million prize pool for buying cat food. Yeah right. They have absolutely nailed this winning moment scam. Poor "unknowing"
