The Promotion will be conducted on an individual month basis for each calendar month of July, August, September, October, November and December 2023
(individually referred to as a Promotion Period or Promo Month). All references to time in these terms are a reference to Australian Eastern Standard

Eligibility criteria
For each Promo Month, entry is open to residents of Queensland, who are 18 years of age or older and who:
a. are an account holder with The Lott in the Promotion Period;
b. do not cease to be an account holder with The Lott at any time during the
Promotion Period or up to the date of the Draw for that Promo Month; and
c. have purchased an eligible non-winning Golden Casket Instant Scratch-Its Ticket, and retain said ticket as proof of purchase for verification
purposes
under Item 16.

How to enter
To enter a Draw for a Promotion Period, Eligible Entrants must log onto the Promoter’s Website during the Promotion Period, proceed to the entry
page, and enter the 2ND CHANCE ENTRY CODE from an eligible non-winning Golden Casket Instant Scratch-Its Ticket.

A winner will be selected by random number generator.
For the Prize for each Promotion Period, see Item 7. There is one (1) Prize of $10,000 each Promo Month.
There is one (1) Prize available each Promo Month.
The Promoter will attempt to notify the winner, using the contact information the winner has provided to the Promoter in his/her The Lott account, as
soon as practicable after the respective Draw.

Maximum Number of Entries
Each eligible non-winning Golden Casket Instant Scratch-Its Ticket can only be used to enter one (1) Draw. An Eligible Entrant cannot use an
eligible non-winning Golden Casket Instant Scratch-Its Ticket to enter a Draw for more than one (1) Promotion Period. An Eligible Entrant may enter as
many times as they like.
Item 12
Draw details
The winning entry will be drawn randomly by computer. The Draw will occur on the second Wednesday of the month following the relevant Promo Month
at 180 Ann Street Brisbane QLD 4000. If this date falls on a public holiday, the Draw will take place on the next business day.
Item 16
How to claim a prize
For each Promo Month, the first valid entry drawn in the respective Draw will win the applicable Prize for that Promo Month, subject to that
Eligible Entrant:
a. producing to the Promoter when requested the original non-winning Golden Casket Instant Scratch-Its Ticket containing the 2ND CHANCE ENTRY CODE
relating to that entry;
b. producing to the Promoter when requested photo identification or other identification acceptable to the Promoter which confirms that the entrant is
18 years of age or older; and
c. completing a statutory declaration or prize claim form signed by a Justice of the Peace confirming details about the entrant and their entry.

a. valid; b. for a game listed on the entry page for this Promotion on the Promoter’s Website; and c. non-winning |
