How are instant win prize/s awarded?
There are up to 2,500 instant win prizes to be awarded based on pre-determined winning moments throughout the Competition Period (each, a Winning
Moment), selected by a computerised random system at Greeneagle Distribution and Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212
(Greeneagle).
The first valid entry received during a Winning Moment will be the [provisional] winner. If no valid entry is received during a Winning moment, no
prize will be awarded in respect of that Winning Moment.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 1 major prize winner determined in respect of this competition.
There will be 1 draw conducted.
The draw will be held at 10.00am (AEDT) 12/02/2024 at Greeneagle.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is
unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
Major Prize
There is 1 major prize available.
The major prize is a trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to Vancouver, Canada valued at up to $16,999 (depending on the winner’s point of
departure/place of residence) which includes the following for you and your companion:
return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to Vancouver, Canada and return transfers between
Vancouver airport and the accommodation (valued at up to $9,000);
5 nights’ accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter) including daily breakfast (valued at up to $4,000);
a meet and greet experience with Michael Bublé (including transfers between accommodation and meet and greet location, valued at up to $499); and
AUD$3,500 spending money (for the winner only) awarded via EFT to the winner's nominated AU bank account (Promoter is not liable if incorrect details
are provided).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the meet and greet experience with Michael Bublé is to be determined by the Promoter and is
subject to Michael Bublé’s tour schedule and availability. The winner will be given 12 weeks’ notice as to when the meet and greet may occur.
The major prize must be taken on dates specified and is subject to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health
advice and the like.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with
an accommodation partner. Prize is subject to exclusions and/or block out periods and must be taken between February 2024 and 30 September 2024
(inclusive) and is subject to availability. For clarity, the Promoter will provide twelve (12) weeks’ notice to the winner as to when Michael Bublé
is able to offer the “Meet & Greet” opportunity and travel arrangements will be made accordingly. Winner must travel on the dates specified by the
Promoter. Prize is not available during any Australian public holiday or national holiday periods. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid
travel insurance for their period of travel.
The meeting with Michael Bublé is not guaranteed and is subject to Michael Bublé’s schedule and goodwill on the day. If the meet and greet cannot be
offered the Promoter will offer an alternative prize of a $500 awarded via EFT to the winners nominated AU bank account. (Promoter is not liable if
incorrect details are provided).
In the event that the major prize winner cannot travel on the dates specified by the Promoter, they will be required to elect to receive a cash
payment of AU$16,999 in lieu of receiving the major prize. Such cash payment of A$16,999 will be made via EFT to their nominated bank account. The
Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with
locating any lost monies.
By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion/s accept these Terms and Conditions. |

I’ve put one entry in for the major prize and sent them an email complaining about how deceptive winning moments are especially when they they don’t
