I won a performance and recovery pack. It contains (among other things), two packs of heat patches. I've never used heat patches before, does anyone
know if they work well? It says only use on clothing as they can irritate the skin! |

I have a heatpack on my sore back as we speak. They do work very well and must be put on clothing not skin. |

Busyplanningotherthings, I use heat patches all the time. I stick them to the inside of my clothing and I've never had skin irritation. When you take
them out of the packet give them a good shake and they'll be hot in 10 minutes. They can be a bit hit and miss though, sometimes they are barely
lukewarm and other times they get really hot so don't fall asleep with one directly on your skin or you could wake up with a minor burn 🥵 |
