Terms and Conditions
Promoter
Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 78 004 551 473), Level 10, 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.
Competition Period
12.01am (AEDT) on 24/01/2024 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/03/2024.
Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
the Promoter; and
the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with th.is competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent,
step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in Coles supermarkets (including online, but excluding Coles Express) (Stores) in Australia.

Qualifying Purchase
Any 2 products from the Cadbury or Red Tulip Easter range, in one transaction.
Entry instructions
You must, during the Competition Period:
make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
visit the Website, locate the online game, fill out the entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing
all other requested information, participate in and complete the game to see on screen if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and to
receive 1 entry into the draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, instant win prizes will be awarded each hour only between 3am (AEDT) and 11:59pm (AEDT) on each day of the Competition
Period.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying
Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the
requisite photograph capability.
How are instant win prizes awarded?
There are up to 1,428 instant win prizes available; 21 each day (1 per hour between 3am and 11.59pm) during the Competition Period.
The instant win prizes will be awarded based on pre-determined times each hour of each day during the Competition Period between 3am AEDT and 11:59pm
AEDT only (Hourly Selected Winning Time) which will be selected by a computerised random system at Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, Level 2,
11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000.
The first valid entry received on or after an Hourly Selected Winning Time will win (subject to verification) an instant win prize. A maximum of one
(1) prize will be awarded in respect of each Hourly Selected Winning Time.
If, in respect of a Hourly Selected Winning Time, no entries have been received, the prize for that Hourly Selected Winnning Time will carry over to
the next Hourly Selected Winning Time.
How many drawn winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 1 major prize winner.
There will be 1 draw conducted for the major prize.
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 04/04/2024 at Gadens, Level 13, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including any instant win prize winning entries) will
win the major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or the major
prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are up to 1,429 prizes available; 1,428x instant win prizes (21 per day; 1 per hour between 3am and 11.59pm each day of the Competition Period)
and 1 major prize.
The major prize is a $10,000 Luxury Escapes digital voucher. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions which can be found at https://luxuryescapes.com/au/giftcards-terms
Each instant win prize is a $50 digital Visa gift card. The voucher must be activated within 12 months of being received and must be used within 36
months of the activation date. Winners will be required to download the True Rewards App and create an account to activate and use their voucher. The
voucher is subject to the terms and conditions which can be found at https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms
Total prize pool
The major prize pool is valued at $10,000.
The instant win prize pool is valued up to $71,400.
The overall total prize pool is up to $81,400.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter once per week during the Competition Period. Limit one entry per separate Qualifying Purchase receipt. Each entry must be submitted
separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winners be informed?
Major prize winner
The major prize winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of determination and will have their name and state/territory/postcode of
residence published on the Website on 12/04/2024 for a period of 28 days.
Instant win prize winners
You will get a return online message acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have won a prize and if so, details on how to claim your prize.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any
right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to
a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Major prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) on 06/05/2024.
Unclaimed major prize determination: 2pm (AEST) on 07/05/2024 at the same location as the original draw.
If the major prize has been won but not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the
Promoter can't contact the major prize winner (or the major prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the major prize claim date above, the
relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly
distribute the major prize to a valid entrant. Any winner will be informed by phone and in writing within two business days of determination and will
have their name and state/territory/postcode of residence published on the Website on 14/05/2024 for a period of 28 days.
There will be no unclaimed instant win prizes. All instant win prizes will be automatically awarded to winners via email to the email address
associated with their entry. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly. If they fail to enter their
email address correctly, the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on
07/06/2024.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a major prize winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any
compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to
conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in
conducting this competition, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in
places such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future
marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a
functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and
provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth).
By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to
the conduct of this competition.
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see au.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-policy) includes information about :
how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
