I think it would be a week after the person enters , so it would depend on that , rather than 'Cadbury's week' |

I'm pretty sure it's if you enter say at 9am on a Monday, you can't enter again until after 9am the following Monday. That seemed to be the case when
I tried the second time. |

I also had issue loading. Delete app and then reload. Otherwise there is an help email on the wem to send off an enquiry to True Rewards. I sent
this together with my mobile number and they fixed after a couple of days. |

I got my gift card too
I also had an error message on the 'app' (which I expected, True Rewards is the most useless of all of them IMHO)
But I also had the gift card picture and the sms card details , right there with the error message/invalid token nonsense below it all
I'm on an iPad though, so I don't know about a smart phone |

I used mine online to do an 'emergency top up' for my pre paid mobile and buy a Coles gift card online
Wanted to buy a Woolies gift card online but it would'nt work for that |

So disappointed as waited and waited....for my $50 prize and finally sent Cadbury a message. Received an email to ring them and just did and was told
I should have received a confirmation email, which I said I hadn't. Told me to check junk, etc and told them I do all the time. Now they have
forwarded my details on to some other department and told me to have receipt and chocolate wrappings for proof, have receipt but no wrappings as this
was 30 January when I won, so chocolate and wrappings all gone, would have thought a receipt was ample as black and white that I bought them!! Makes
my exciting win now awful... Anyone else having trouble like I am??? Or am I an exception |

Seems to be very common lately with promoters not abiding by the t&c and then blaming customers for things that go wrong

Terms don't say you need to keep wrappers, so receipt should be sufficient. Have you go this sorted out?
From terms:
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any
right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. |
