Terms and Conditions: Magners Trip to Ireland Promotion
1. Eligibility: 1.1. The promotion is open to legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Good Drinks Australia or
Participating Venues, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
1.2. In-venue participants must purchase a minimum of two (2) pints of Magners cider in a single transaction to be eligible to enter.
1.3. In-store participants must spend minimum $15 on Magners cider products in a single transaction to be eligible to enter.
1.4. Entry is restricted to individuals who comply with the entry instructions as outlined below.
2. Promotion Period: 2.1. The promotion period begins on 15th January 2024 and ends on the 30th March 2024. Entries received outside of this period
will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: 3.1. To enter, participants in-venue (pubs) must: - Purchase a minimum of two (2) pints of Magners cider in a single transaction
during the promotion period. Visit the promotional website www.magnerswinatrip.com.au and follow the instructions to upload a photo of your ‘Magners Moment’ which includes the Pint bottle or Draught
purchased to enter.
3.2. To enter, participants in-store(retail bottle shops) must: - Spend a minimum of $15 on Magners cider products in a single transaction during the
promotion period. Visit the promotional website www.magnerswinatrip.com.au and follow the instructions to upload a clear photo of your proof of purchase to enter.
3.3. Only one entry is permitted per photo submission. Multiple entries from the same photo will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details: 4.1. The total prize value is $8k.
4.2. The prize consists of a $7000 Flight Centre Voucher & $1000 Visa Mastercard.
4.3. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection: 5.1. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received.
5.2. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the promotion's closing date.
5.3. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during the entry process within fourteen (14) days of the draw date.
6. Verification and Claiming Prize: 6.1. The winner may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.
6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [7] days of initial contact, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria, an alternative
winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: 7.1. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to take part in any publicity related to the promotion if requested.
8. Use of Participant Photos:
8.1. By entering the promotion and uploading a photo, participants grant the promoter the right to use, reproduce, and display their submitted photo
on the promoter's official social media channels and promotional materials.
8.2. The promoter may use the participant's name or social media handle in connection with the posted photo.
8.3. Participants understand and agree that their photos may be publicly accessible and available to be shared by other users on social media
platforms.
9. Privacy: 9.1. By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information provided during entry,
including but not limited to name, email address, and any other details submitted, may be collected and used by the promoter for the purposes of
administering the promotion and may also be used for marketing and promotional communications.
9.2. Participants may be automatically added to the promoter's mailing list and may receive marketing communications via email or other channels.
9.3. Participants have the right to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by following the instructions included in the promotional
communications.
10. General Conditions: 10.1. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.2.The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable
control.
10.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

I’ve entered 3 times, and only 2 emails said I won a $15 Mastercard. Haven’t received either as yet. Didn’t know that, that was a prize for this
