To be eligible to enter the promotion, individuals must make a purchase of ANY Wonder product during the Promotional Period from ANY store in
Australia that stocks the Wonder product range and displays advertising material relating to the promotion.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
enter. Immediate family member means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption),
parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
How To Enter:
Entries into the promotion open on 22 January 2024 and close at 11:59PM AEDT on 17 March 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter the promotion, individuals must make a purchase of any Wonder product during the Promotional Period (each such purchase, a
“Qualifying Purchase”) from any store in Australia that stocks the Wonder product range and displays advertising material relating to the promotion
(“Participating Store”).
To enter the promotion, individuals must then visit wonder.com.au/30thbirthday, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested
details (including first name, last name, email address and contact phone number), upload a copy of their purchase receipt, and submit the fully
completed entry form (“Entry”) during the Promotional Period.
There are two (2) components to this promotion: (a) the daily instant win; and (b) the prize draw.
Daily Instant Win
All entrants who submit a valid Entry during the Promotional Period will be notified instantly on screen whether or not they are daily instant win
prize winners and how to verify their entry and claim their prize.
There are ten (10) instant win prizes available to be won every thirty (30) minutes during the Promotional Period, for a total of twenty-six thousand
eight hundred and eighty (26,880) instant win prizes available during the Promotional Period.
Twenty (20) of the instant win prizes available for the promotion are guaranteed instant win prizes. Each guaranteed instant win prize will be
allocated an open time stamp and the prize will be awarded to the first Entry received on or after that time stamp. Other instant win prizes will be
awarded to the first Entry received during each “Winning Moment” (a predetermined period of time each day during the Promotional Period). If no Entry
is received during each Winning Moment, the prize will not be awarded.
Each daily instant win prize winner will be awarded one (1) $100 digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming thedigital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled
Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the digital Vault Pays-enabled
Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on
your mobile device in their digital wallet. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131

All claims for instant win prizes must be received by 12:00PM AEDT on 15 March 2024.
Prize Draw: Each entrant who submits a valid Entry during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
The draw will take place at Pink Zebra Technology Science, Level 1, 11 Junction Lane, Sydney NSW 2000 at 11:00AM AEDT on 20 March 2024, in the
presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve Entries and record them in order in case an invalid Entry or
ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing by email and by telephone within seven (7) days of the draw and their names will
be published at wonder.com.au/30thbirthday on 28 March 2024.
The first valid Entry drawn will win that entrant (“Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game (“the Game”) for the chance to win
$30,000.
The Game will take place at Goodman Fielder, Level 3, 118 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 on 11 April 2024 at 10:00AM AEDT. In order to
participate in the Game, if the drawn Participant resides more than 100km outside of NSW CBD or cannot attend in person, the Participant may
participate in the Game via videocall whereby they will select a number between 1 and 100 (inclusive) and a representative of the Promoter will select
the game piece bearing that number on their behalf. The drawn Participant may also appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on their
behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter a signed notice in writing to that effect before the start of the Game. In the event that the
Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the
Participant's behalf.
There will be one hundred (100) numbered game pieces on display at the start of the Game. One (1) game piece will contain a promotional message
representing the major prize. The other ninety-nine (99) game pieces will each contain a promotional message representing the consolation prize. The
Participant/proxy/representative (“Attendee”) must choose only one (1) game piece without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the
other game pieces on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, they will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the game
piece containing the promotional message representing the major prize, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win
$30,000. If the Attendee selects a game piece containing a promotional message representing the consolation prize, then the $30,000 prize will not be
given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $1,000.
The drawn Participant's odds of winning the $30,000 prize are 1 in 100. The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the
odds of the drawn Participant winning the major prize and will depend upon the number of entries received.
The prize will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to be deposited into the winning Participant's nominated Australian bank
account.
Multiple Entries are permitted subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase regardless of the number of Wonder
products purchased in the Qualifying Purchase; (b) each Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and these Terms
and Conditions; and (c) a maximum of one (1) Entry per person per day is permitted.
Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all Entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all
Entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's Entries and forfeiture of any
right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (which must be a Participating Store) and that the purchase was made
during the Promotional Period (but prior to the submission of the Entry).
The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of
these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and
proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from
such an offender.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the
entrant.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time
stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the
prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $2,718,000. For the avoidance of doubt, only the guaranteed instant win prizes as well as the Participant's chance to
win one (1) prize during the Game (whether it is the consolation prize or the major prize) are guaranteed.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 22 April 2024 at the same time and place as the prize draw, subject to any directions from a
regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by in writing by email and by telephone within seven (7) days of the draw and their names will
be published at wonder.com.au/30thbirthday on 26 April 2024.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, identity, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film
and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the
States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury and for any losses or damages (including without limitation loss of profit or
loss of opportunity), arising in any way out of or relating to the promotion, including (without limitation) where such liability, losses or damages
arises as a result of negligence, and regardless of whether such liability, losses or damages are direct, indirect, special or consequential.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury and for any losses or damages (including without
limitation loss of profit or loss of opportunity), arising in any way out of or relating to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is
late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of
the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) taking of a prize, including (without limitation) where such liability, losses or damages arises as a result of negligence, and regardless of
whether such liability, losses or damages are direct, indirect, special or consequential.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties,
including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is
conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an
indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct

I think it would be worthwhile to start loading misleading advertising complaints with the ACCC on things like this. Honestly, it is very dishonest
and the general public would have no idea how misleading this is. But I haven't had my morning coffee yet and a bit cranky.

I 100% agree - and I’ve had plenty of coffee today so I say it is perfectly understandable you’re cranky about this! It’s *incredibly* misleading!! I
bought the bread and thought it looked great but then thought I’d check if it was a winning moment before entering. The wording is really off too.
Making it sound like you could win 30k. Shame on them for giving people false hope 😐 It’s not cool.

I thought I might enter as at least they are offering a main prize not just instant winning moments. Then saw the 1/100 chance. At least other
companies who have done this usually offer 100k or more as the main prize and 5-10k if you don’t pick the right envelope.
I don’t eat Womder bread, so won’t bother buying for this sham.

Thanks for the post, I put in my one entry, was not a winner. I agree with others, I’m sure the ACCC would be interested in more information on these
winning moments competitions. Even the Australian Consumer Law [Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) Schedule 2] expressly prohibits misleading or
deceptive conduct in trade or commerce, may very well be misleading conduct on how they are run? |

Saw a VERY excited lady in Woolies today, overheard something like
OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 $100 every (ahem) half an (ahem) hour. you'd HAVE to win
I told her, sorry for butting in an all but I hate people being scammed, and you have to enter at the EXACT second ON THE second to win
It's not REALLY straight up legit 10 prizes every half an hour
I don't know if she belived me, but if I hear anyone saying how 'you'd have to win' you best believe I'm going to tell them what these 'winning
moment' cons really are |
