Difficulty with survey site
I know I have seen discussion previously about survey sites and I wonder whether anyone can help with my issue.
I am a member of the YouGov survey site and reveived a $50 reward which when I went to claim selected Visa card. This however is nothing like the
store gift cards I had previously. I loaded it into the apple wallet but cant manage to use it anywhere. Have complained over and over to both
YouGov and Tremendous who are international and apparently run the Visa card reward. There is nothing on their site that I could see warning about
the fact that it is US dollars.
I now find out that what was supposed to be a $50 Australian reward is only $33.52. Seems it is in US dollars and you never know the balance because
it fluctuates with currency rates.
Anyone with any experience who might be able to offer any advice as to how I can navigate this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Maybe I need to just accept my loss and put it down to experience, but it takes a very long time to do enough surveys to earn that reward. |

Here's hoping that you were able to find an answer as I see your post is from March this year.
If not, I am just wondering if you can use the Visa card on the Amazon.com website and you can get free international delivery if you spend over a
certain amount so you might have to use a bit of your own money too? |

I managed to get them to change it to a Myer card which was much more useful.
