CMBT & Nutrition Capital Competition Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This competition is jointly hosted by CMBT and Nutrition Capital ("the Organizers"). Participation in this competition constitutes entrant's full
and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who purchase a CMBT product through Nutrition Capital either in-store or online at www.nutritioncapital.com. Employees of the Organizers, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.
Competition Period
The competition commences on April 1 and concludes on April 31 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, individuals must complete a purchase of any CMBT product from Nutrition Capital within the competition period. Each purchase counts as
one entry into the draw.
Prizes
Three (3) major prizes will be awarded, each consisting of 12 months of gym membership for the winner and one friend. The maximum contribution by
CMBT towards each gym membership is a total value of $1000 per prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random in a draw conducted by the Organizers within the first two weeks of May. The decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that their contact details are correct. The Organizers are not
responsible for any incorrect or unreadable email addresses.
Marketing Communications
By entering this competition, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from CMBT and Nutrition Capital. Entrants can unsubscribe at
any time following the instructions in the communication received.
General Conditions
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond their control corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition.
Liability
The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of this
competition. Entrants release the Organizers from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in this competition
or acceptance/use of a prize.
Privacy
By entering this competition, entrants agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of their personal information in order to
process and contact them about their entry, and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Organizers are located. Entrants submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
